The Reason

His eyes then looked toward the woman in the blue dress. He could tell she was Suiyin.

When he arrived, the security guard was already trying to pick the man's body up.

"Nothing is wrong. Come with me." Suiyin pulled Rafael's hand and began bringing him somewhere else.

"Suiyin, what happened?"

"Not here, Rafael. Just cooperate with me for now, please. We will talk soon."

"Alright," Rafael replied while he was bewildered. The direction Suiyin was bringing him to was toward a red-light district.

The next thing he knew, he was standing in front of a receptionist while Suiyin was booking a room with cash.

She also showed the receptionist some ID of a woman Rafael had never heard of before.

After the booking was done, they went up to the room. Once inside, Suiyin locked the door and leaned against it, letting out a sigh of relief.

"Can you tell me what happened now?" Rafael asked while walking toward the nearby couch.
