Magic Circle Rules

These laws were introduced after King Epsilon took power. He wanted schools to take responsibility for the education of the children.

In the past, they didn't care at all. They just made students repeat the class over and over while using the same method.

With the new rules, they had no choice but to try their best to make sure every student was up to standard. Otherwise, their license could be taken away.

"I never knew that, but now that you say it, it's true I never heard of any repeat classes when I was in elementary. So your grandma decided on this method to make you able to read?"
