Day 53

The days in camp went by fast. Before we realized we only had a week left. It was hot in the past few days, so the scoutmasters decided to spend the 7 remaining days on the beach. Everyone woke up early in the morning, so we could all go to the beach in time and before the terrible heat came.

H: You have nice long hair by the way. All the down to the waist.

C: Thanks. It was always this long.

H: I wish I could grow it that long. But I always have split ends and I have to cut it down.

C: Dammit, I left my swimsuit at home.

H: Don't worry, I have an extra, brand new even.

C: Thanks, I owe you one.

H: Here you go, get in it.

C: It's a bit... revealing.

H: Just try it on. Maybe red looks good on you. It usually goes well with blond hair.

I never wore a swimsuit this revealing and this tight before. And it's red. Not that I don't like the color red. It's just... Ugh. It's not what I usually wear.

C: I rather just stay here.

H: That one on your stomach?

H: Interesting.

C: My so-called father was a demon prince who ruled the sea of chaos.

H: You know I don't know shit about any of this stuff. What is the sea of chaos?

C: An endless black sea of chaotic magic where all demons were born.

H: Can everyone see those tattoos?

C: Yes...

H: Now, this should be fun. A hot succubus with tattoos. Everyone will drool when they look at you. Now come before I make you mine.

C: I'M NOT GOING OUT LIKE THIS!

Hannah grabbed my ears and started pulling me out like a child.

I would rather face 100 demons than the wrath of Hannah.

H: Finally outside.

C: I will go in the water where nobody can see me...

I ran into the water quickly. It was nice on that hot day so, the water felt nice. But it didn't last long...

R: There you are, Hannah!

H: Ryan!

K: Where is Cornelia?

H: In the water hiding.

K: Hiding, why?

H: She just...A bit ashamed. She forgot to pack a bathing suit so, I gave her mine.

A: And the problem is?

H: She thinks she looks like a love lady. But I think she could step on Aphrodite, and she would be happy with it.

K: Cornelia come join us!

C: No! I don't want to...

H: Either you come or drag you out of the water.

C: ...!

H: 3...2...1

C: Ugh. Coming...

I stepped out of the water, and everyone was looking at me.

C: Are you ok, Honey?

K: ... Yes.

C: Then, don't look at me like that!

K: But you are so...

A: Hot.

H: See, I told you.

C: Can this get any worse?

S Shamatha: Scouts. Please come with me we have an announcement to make.

C: There it is... I just had to open my big mouth.

We followed Scoutmaster Shamatha. I tried to stay behind my friends so nobody would see me. We arrived and were briefed quickly. No events or activities. Just have fun. But we would spend the last day at a campfire. I tried to leave as fast as I could after the announcement but then...

S Richard: Scout Hannah!

H: Scoutmaster Richard! What can I do for you?

S Richard: Who was that tall hottie with you?

H: Hottie? It's just Cornelia, sir.

I turned back after I noticed Hannah was missing from the group. I walked back to check if everything was ok.

C: Scoutmaster Richard. Is everything ok, sir?

As I got near him, he started to turn red.

S Richard: No. I mean yes, Cornelia, I mean Scout.

His nose started bleeding.

C: Scoutmaster your nose.

S Richard: Please just call me Richard.

Hannah and I look at each other.

H: Ok, we gotta go. Come Corni, the others are waiting for us. Bye!

We rushed away as fast as we could until we reached the others.

C: Well, that was awkward.

R: What was awkward?

H: You won't believe it! Scoutmaster Richard is a hundred percent into Corni. His nose started to bleed the moment Corni got near him.

R: I mean, maybe he just has high blood pressure?

H: And then he asked Corni to just call him Richard.

R: Ok, I stand corrected.

C: Ugh... Kill me now.

A: There you are, guys. I've been looking all over for you.

H: Sorry we got late cus...

C: NOT. A. WORD.

H: Fine.

A: By the way after the announcement, about 11 guys came up to ask about the hot chick in the red bathing suit.

C: Ok, I'm done. I'm heading into the water. Bye!

I rushed into the water as fast as I could. I saw Keitaro in the water so, I swam to him.

C: Hi, Sweety. The water is nice, isn't it?

K: ...

C: Hey, what's up?

K: I guess Alex already told you about the talk with the other boys.

C: You mean the 11 random dudes, yeah.

K: 13. But yeah.

C: The numbers are going up fast. Kill me...

K: ...

C: Don't worry. I'm only yours!

I hugged and kissed Keitaro in the water.

K: How can I be this lucky?

C: I can ask the same.

I kissed Keitaro before dragging him under the water. He wanted to swim up but, I didn't let him.

C: It's ok just, breathe.

K: Under the water, are you crazy? I can't... I can..?

C: Yeah, I kissed you, a bit of Lunarian magic. Now you breathe underwater for about an hour.

K: What about you?

C: I don't need to breathe at all?

K: Oh right. So... wanna have some underwater fun.

C: Goddess, you are a naughty boy.

K: I can't help it. You are a 12 out of 10.

C: Well. When it's coming for you. I believe it.

We spent an hour in the water. We were like mermaids just looking around in the water for seashells. After that, we went to land. Half of the beach was still looking at me but, I didn't care. I have Keitaro with me, and with him, no one can stand in my way. Of course, Hannah told everyone what happened with "Richard." Even Scoutmaster Samantha. I can hear screaming from a mile away. The five of us walked away from the rest of the group far away. We talked a lot, and we even built a sandcastle. And because of popular demand, I had to turn the sandcastle into a glass castle. I teleported the mini-castle into Hannah's house. She only lived with Ryan so, it was ok. We walked around the beach until dark. We wanted to get back fast so, we chose the fastest way. I froze the surface of the water and walked across quickly before anyone would notice. Everyone went back to camp except for me. I stayed on the beach all night watching the water move. It was so beautiful how the water reflected the moon. I sat there all night remembering the past. I remembered the time when I saw my parents for a few seconds. I still can hear their voices in my head before they sent me to Earth 1027 years ago for my safety.

???: "One day, you will be their light in the darkness. Your light will grow brighter with each night until the only shadow that will remain is yours."

I still don't know what they meant by that. Maybe one day I will understand. I only wish I could spend some time with them and, know them better...
