Day 29

The first day after our confession, I was nervous. We went to the main hall holding hands. Our friends were there, and we wanted to make it official. When they saw us, their jaw dropped to the ground.

K: A pool?

C: Yes. Now take off your shoes and put your feet in the water.

We both took our shoes off. Keitaro was hesitant to touch the water first. But after he saw me put feet in without worry, he did too.

K: Then why do you eat and sleep?

K: Yes I saw. It was silver. Is there anything you don't have or can't have that humans have?

C: Yes.

K: And what is it?

C: A baby. We Lunari use to combine our magic and blood to make a Seed. Then it blooms into life. A Lunari. But there is no one left like me...

K: I'm Sorry.

C: Don't be. It isn't your fault.

K: ...

C: And one more thing then I think you should know everything about me and my people. We have wings...

K: Wings ?! What kind of wings?

C: The one you draw angels with. That kind. Only it's blue.

C: Sure.

I closed my eyes and concreted. After a few seconds, a pair of wings appeared on my back.

K: I don't know anymore.

After he said that, I felt sadness. But the waters turned red. I look at Keitaro.

After his confession, the water turned back to its normal state.

We left our clothes on the edge of the water. We went into the pool then we just stared at each other for a long time. Then he started to watch my back.

We went closer to each other and kissed each other on the lips.

K: You know... I had never done something like this before.

C: Neither did I... I have never found anyone as special as you.

Standing in this pool under the faint light, as the water crashed around us, it felt more romantic than anything I could imagine. Our tongues entwined in between our kisses... After our everlasting love, we rested by the side of the pool. I showed him what else can I do with my magic. After a while, he fell asleep. He used my wings as pillows.
