Should I take the risk?

In the middle of a large prairie there stood a small wooden house and inside that wooden house you could see a child no more than 19 months old, sitting on a wooden chair as he held a thick book.

There was a few reasons why in Jian Tian's world they could not begin with the Divine Body Stage, The first being that origin energy was simply too weak to harm the skin, Secondly, In the beginning stages of Cultivation, your Dantian doesn't have the capacity to hold the necessary amount of origin energy to finish the process and that's if your origin energy can harm the skin, and lastly, origin energy cannot rebuild the skin or any part of your body, hence the reason people back in Jian Tian's world called the beginning stages of cultivation "The stages of Mortality"

But all of those problems were solved by using a simple thing; Natural Qi. Natural Qi was much stronger than Divine energy and almost a thousand times harder to control, even for Jian Tian who had became the strongest cultivator. So it was almost impossible to control it when you are in the beginning stages and even if you can control a small amount of it, You need to also stabilize the Natural Qi and that was even harder and if you couldn't stabilize it...you would die.

As well as Natural Qi was weird to get. Some people get Natural Qi by mediating, exercising, or even a simple thing as standing hence the reason why in this world everyone has a different type of cultivation method they have to do!

These problems were a few out of many other problems why people in Jian Tian's world did not use Natural Qi but in this world, Natural Qi was essential for the beginning stages of cultivation! Of course even Jian Tian questioned using Natural Qi for the beginning stages of cultivation, but after reading the book, he had realized how he was too narrow minded.

'Only using enough Natural Qi with Origin energy to be able to heal and breakdown the skin and than infusing your origin energy with the Natural Qi so it becomes much easier to control. What a genius! Whoever made this cultivation method must have been a peerless cultivator like me!' Jian Tian exclaimed inwardly, he couldn't imagine any other cultivator making this method since it required a high understanding of Natural Qi and the stages of cultivation.

Of course there then would be this question; Even if Natural Qi solves the first and last problem what about the second? Of course even Jian Tian asked this question too and again he was amazed at how simple yet efficient solution was. Making a pseudo Dantians.

A pseudo Dantian doesn't have as many functions as a real Dantian, a pseudo Dantian could only store Qi where as a real Dantian could absorb, store, and refine but the pseudo Dantian didn't need to absorb or refine, all it needs to do was store Qi.

And building a pseudo Dantian isn't even that hard which makes this even better! You only need two things to build a pseudo Dantian; divine energy and the anatomy of the Dantian. Of course you don't need to memorize the entire thing but just enough to be able for it to store Qi but even to memorize a small part of the Dantian would take months.

Most nobles have the anatomy of the Dantian passed down from their parents so they didn't to memorize anything, hence the reason they were able to start cultivating at the again of 18 months old.

And luckily his mom used to be in the one of the first rate sects so they had taught the technique to Jian Xue and what's even better, the technique uses the mind and has nothing to do with Qi or energy hence she having a shatter Dantian did not matter and doesn't affect anything! thus he could start cultivating at the age of 18 months old!

But there was still one problem... his foundations. The only reason why he did not want to start cultivating at this age, even though he would be in a advantage.

"Should I take the risk?" Jian Tian muttered to himself. There was still some unknown factors like Natural Qi and the pseudo Dantian, hence he doesn't know if his foundations would be in a mess or be fine. 'If I start cultivating right now there's a chance that my foundation would be in a mess and my whole cultivation would be ruined but there's also a chance that my foundation would be fine and I would get a head start on my cultivation." Jian Tian started to list out the cons and pros. He didn't want to take any unnecessary risks.

For the first time in a long time, Jian Tian was having a hard time deciding what to do.

Jian Tian's heart was beating madly and he became more and more nervous, This choice could literally ruin his life if he chose wrong, that's why he was getting nervous of course who could blame him? In the cultivation world the weak was basically the same trash and Jian Tian knew this thus the reason why he was more inclined to pick the riskier choice, but he still had a slight worry that made him hesitate and he knew that little bit of hesitation could lead him to his downfall.

Jian Tian took and deep breathe then exhaled calming down his heart. 'I, Jian Tian, The peerless cultivator, I who broke mountains with a fist. I who had killed with a single thought, I am the strongest cultivator in history! Even if this choice will ruin my life, I will not live in regret choosing this option!' Jian Tian had made up his mind and nothing could make him change it, even the heavens!

"Mom, I've finished reading the book. Can I start cultivating now?" Jian Tian said full of confidence and the little bit of his worries had vanished without a trace.
