After the 2 princesses leave Jan's smiling face was replaced with a serious one then said. 

"Sebastian, Dmitri, do you have anything to report?"

Both bowed a bit before speaking.

"We found 4 discrepancies regarding taxes in the Kingdom, 1 major which is from the baron that the lands we want your other persona to take over and 3 minor from a viscount and 2 other barons." Sebastian said.

"Hoo..How come my big brother Jason allowed this? He's been doing pretty well since we removed the old coot that's been stealing for decades 2 years ago."

"The documents submitted by that baron are actually in order your highness. Problem occurs is that when he submits his tax which is not just in gil(Currency). There are other things such as grain, livestock, ores and beast carcasses so this needs to be delivered to the nearest fort there first which is fort ruina then from there our soldiers will be responsible for transporting it to the capital. On the way to the port bandits will attack the transport but leaves everyone on the transport alive." Sebastian sneers.

"So it's the baron's men disguised as bandits doing this." Jan said.

"Close, he actually has bandits on his pay list and this bandits also target other baronies. They even kidnap a few women and he gives it to his men as playthings."

"I see. We'll get back to that asshole later, How about the other minor ones?"

"Well the thing is... It's from your two sister in law's family and the last one is from Viscount Kramer. He's currently with your big brother Lance in the frontlines so his territory is being managed by his nephew who drinks most of the time so it's not surprising that's its being mismanaged right now. "

"Hmm...I feel bad for the old man. Pretty loyal to a fault but the gods didn't bless him with any heirs. Anyway put it all in paper, I'll talk with Big Brother Marshall later with my other persona. This will help me put on a request to put down that baron sooner or later."

"How about you Dmitry? What do you have for me?"

Dmitry bowed again and started speaking.

"With the war going on with Arick Kingdom and Al-Khaled Coalition of free states more and more refugees are coming in to the kingdom."

"Even eating bark soup before can be hard on them as venturing deep in the woods is pretty risky on both of those countries. It's quite understandable. Big brother Lance should have allowed them to pass Fenix gate and have them stay on fort ruina. It's going to be a strain on their supplies there so he will need to hasten the check on this people. I will release 200 shadow wasp from my spatial domain, they will be under your command, monitor these refugees for now. Also check for anyone that we can use." Jan said.

Dmitry bows and says. "It shall be done your highness."

"I'm going to check the domain for now. Sebastian, I want you to find and capture a beast that we can use as mounts later on for my personal army. I will turn it into a card so that we can mass produce it after."

Sebastian silently nods.

"Dmitry, continue to observe the borders. Notify me for anything noteworthy. You know my requirements. Also ask the two mercenary squads that we made on the those countries if they were able to find any locations that be considered as anomalies. You are both dismissed." Both men dressed as butlers blended in the shadows after.

Vampire butlers. That's what they were. Sebastian and Dmitry were Vampire butlers that Jan summoned with his abilities when he turned 12. As a child Jan was pretty normal until he fell down the stairs due to his illness that's when a 34 year old gamer, introvert and novel reader was transmigrated to this world. As a cautious individual he adapted quickly and a year later he was able to awaken his system. That's when he started to accumulate his power but only in the shadows. As the fourth prince he doesn't have any claim to the throne and more so as he have a loving family. An average father for a King who's a simp for his wife King Karlo ruled very simply with not even getting the idea of expanding his kingdom. Now that he's getting on his years he mostly delegate the important responsibilities to his eldest children. The crown prince Lance which is usually at the border handles military matters with two generals under him and 10,000 troops. 2,000 of which is cavalry. All stationed at Fort Ruina near Fenix gate. The good thing about Haven kingdom which allowed the people to live in peace is that there is only one border that needs to be protected which is on their northwestern part as their north and west are surrounded by high mountains. Their Eastern and Southern sides all face the ocean so to attack the kingdom effectively they need to use the sea but no kingdom use the sea for any military conquest as it's risky to stir up whatever leviathan beast when boats are travelling together.

The second prince Jason is the one charge of Administration and the management of any issues that arise in the kingdom goes to him.

The third prince Marshall is the one in charge of finance so anything related to money goes to him.

Jan as the fourth prince was in charge of land development and exploration of the kingdom that gave him the opportunity to go anywhere in the kingdom with the excuse of development or finding artifacts as a premise.

The princesses Sofia, Nancy and Octavia are being trained as diplomats but as a war is ongoing at the border they help in anything that any of their brothers request of. With regards to cultivation though mana cultivation depends on the accumulation of mana of a person this can be improved by various pills that require herbs or anomalies that can be found in places rich in mana. Currently the known person with the highest cultivation in the kingdom is Lance which is considered a genius in the continent, He's a fifth level Grandmaster at 33 years of age. With the two generals under him at both the second level of Grandmaster the two kingdom at the border doesn't bother the kingdom. There are four more known Grandmasters in the kingdom that are on reserve, three of them with the dukes of the kingdom and the last one is the King who's at the third level.

Prince Jason and Marshall are currently at Master rank 5 and 7 respectively while Prince Jan is at apprentice rank 7 but this is only because it's what he wants to show. He was able to hide his cultivation using an artifact.
