Kaito's tell seemed like something simple to identify, but in reality, without the system, it would have been nearly impossible to notice it as quickly as Shun did. After all, besides the Arena's Review Mode, Shun had his quirk Learning Master, which enhanced his analytical abilities, as well as significantly improved mental stats thanks to the elixirs he had earned.

Since Shun had already accomplished what he needed in the training center, he quickly exited the arena. After all, he needed time to explain the tell he had discovered to his teammates. Shun then "woke up" in his seat on Shoto's bus. He sat up quickly, his mind slightly fatigued from using the Arena's Review Mode, but his excitement remained unaffected.
