Meeting in person

Jeffrey said he loved me the first time. My rule to myself is for me not to tell someone i love them unless i really am comfortable, my family is comfortable, and to know myself first too. However i had strong feelings for Jeffrey when he had said i love you in a phone call. I wasnt sure if he was joking or being sincere until he asked me to come visit him. Me being a young adult only nineteen talked to my parents about going to visit him one weekend and then come back. Of course my parents disagreed said i dont have the money and said i needed to stay in school. I said i do have the money and im coming back home after visiting this friend. I had told them its in dodge city Kansas and i would be staying at a hotel for the night that way im not in a stranger's house. I told them its only a four to five hour drive definitely something i can do by myself because i have. They again didnt like this and decided to forbid me from ever going to visit him. So one day i got up got dressed waited for my mom to leave the house packed an over night bag and i left. I didnt want to listen to my parents. I had called jeffrey and told him what my parents said, i also suggested maybe he could come here to me instead and meet everyone first. Jeffrey said he didnt have a car, or bus money to come visit and he said that maybe i can think for myself and make a choice. I asked him what sort of choice. He either come visit me and be independent or continue to be controlled by your parents. I should of realized he didnt ever really want me with that statement looking back now. I was already past the border of kansas when my father asked if i was going to make it to my cousins birthday. I had called him and told him currently i am in Kansas and will be back Sunday. He was not happy at all. Of course i knew that was going to happen but i didnt really care at the time. I had finally made it to dodge city Kansas about an hour after i called my dad and told him where i was at and wouldnt be making it to my cousins party. I had met Jeffrey at his college Dodge City Community College because he mentioned there was a barbecue going on and it would be a ton of fun. I had called him and told him that i have arrived. I was wearing an off the shoulder shirt and a blue jean skirt. Jeffrey was wearing basket ball shorts and a shirt because he just finished gym class and he had on a hat and glasses. He is about two inches taller than i am and definitely weighed more than me but thats because he was training to be heavey weight lifter. When Jeffrey came up to me all he could do is smile and kissed me. That kiss was passionate was very needy and at the time turned me on alot because he had pushed me up against my car. That was the first day of the next three years of my life with him.
