~Third POV~
[Castle, Forge of Creation]
Standing in front of Mash after he seemingly concluded to earn his victory and guarantee safety stood his last obstacle… Alien-X.
Turning to face his enemy Mash felt a sense of dread he hadn't felt in a long time. Alien-X is a humanoid alien whose entire body is solid black, excluding his white hands. He has tiny white star-like spots all over his body, giving him the appearance of a starry night sky.
His chin is now bigger, his body is more muscular, his horns are smaller, and the stars on his body are brighter than before. His eyes are green and lack pupils, and his forehead bears three horn-like protrusions.
Standing in front of Mash is a very pissed-off Celestialsapien. One of Ben's strongest aliens or fiction depending on who's asking Alien-X. He quickly used [TOOS] to check his level but felt a chill run down his spine reading the description.

Description: I know you're reading this. I'll make you pay not bothering to give you any info about me outsider. Killing my family, friends, and everyone will be the worst mistake of your life…]
Mash's eyes twitched with mild annoyance as Alien-X levitated from his position as he thought in an annoyed tone, 'Out of all the aliens and De Ex Machina to pull out his ass of course it would be this one. THE ONLY ALIEN THAT CAN FUCKING SURVIVE UNIVERSAL DESTRUCTION?!!!'
*SWOOOSH*
Lunging forward at Alien-X to attack but only to be stopped as he swats Mash away crashing into a nearby wall of the castle…
*BOOOOM*
A resounding boom could be heard causing Mash to visibly strain in pain from the force of the attack. But Alien-X's eyes twitched as he thought in a surprised tone, 'I've been hit by my attack? No… reflected.'
Alien-X's eyes squinted as he fired green lasers out of his eyes knocking Mash through a few walls in the castle in the process. The damage done was enough giving them distance from each other as Alien-X mutters loud enough for him to hear, "I promise to make this the worst mistake of your life."
Alien-X floats over to Mash's direction as he stood up leveling a glare at Ben in an annoyed tone, "You ain't the first jackass… But I'll be sure it's the last."
*SWOOOOSH*
Lunging forward in a mad dash drawing his Shadow Sword at the ready he charges forward against Alien-X. But he was soon stopped by an invisible barrier that froze his sword in place as Alien-X extended his palm at him.
Alien-X tilts his head…
*SWOOOOSH*
*BOOOOM*
… sending Mash flying across the castle again as he groaned annoyed, "Ugh, right. [Telekinesis]. Not good. [Al Goa]!"
*BRRR*
Unleashing an [Al Goa] spell and tossing a giant fireball at Alien-X at first he tried to block the attack using his [Reality Warping]. But to his surprise, it landed on him causing the omnipotent alien god to groan in pain being pushed back, "Argh…! That attack just now… it was Magic?!"
Alarmed that Mash could use Magic Mash sent out a [Mana Burst] beam directed at him. In an instant, Alien-X blinks in and out of the way dodging them all. Mash's eyes narrowed as he thought in a serious tone, '[Teleportation]. Landing another hit won't be easy but thanks to me [Penetrate] to attack his core… if I can land a hit on the guy… fortunately his not immune to Magic – he's here!!!'

He reappears instantly behind Mash as his [Instinct] skill kicks in. He quickly cast [Shamak] instantly as a cloud of Yin Magic contaminated the area.
*Pooof*
This forced Alien-X to rise above the cloud of Yin Magic. But with one swipe of his hand makes them all disappear but soon using his [Telekinesis] surrounds himself in compressed rocks as he launches them at him in lightspeed.
Avoiding each of them by nearly harming him his eyes narrowed as Alien-X spoke in a cold tone, "Impressive. Now it is my turn."
Alien X lifts Mash with his telekinesis and throws him into the back hard with enough force to form a spider crater upon impact. Alien-X levitates in front of him with him responding sending his [Unseen Hands] at him.

Alien-X eyes narrowed as he instantly teleported away warped back behind him and engulfed him in his body. Mash's eyes widened at this as he used his [Delete Space] to instantly teleport out from being stuck inside Alien-X's body.
However, Alien-X sends him flying upwards with a single kick. He suddenly appears above Mash and spikes him back down to the ground.
*BOOOOM*
Landing down on the ground hard managing to make himself stand up causing Mash to groan in pain muttering in an annoyed tone, "Agh… how am I supposed to fight a guy who can change anything?"

Having this in his mind he floats up and uses his [Gate of Babylon] at Alien-X, who swiftly dodges the incoming fire. Each of the Noble Phantasm contained alarmed Alien-X to not get hit by one of these weapons as he quickly teleported away.

Teleporting behind Mash, socking him in the back. He teleports in front of Mash as he's sent flying, and punches him in the opposite direction getting one-sidedly ass-beaten remaining motionless of the constant barrages from Alien-X letting loose a flurry of punches.
*BAM**BAM**BAM*

Alien-X continues his assault as he flies upwards, and prepares to come crashing down with even more power with Mash growling in an annoyed tone, 'Okay!! I've had it being this fucker's literal punching bag! The kid gloves come off…!! [Initiate Beyond Sin Mode]!'
*SWOOOOOSH*
*THUD*
While Mash finally decides to go all out taking Shinra-Koketsu inside [GoB] for safety Alien-X quickly approaches Mash. However, he is held in place by Mash, who is now in [Beyond Sin Mode] as his eyes stare deeply into Alien-X growling in a frustrated tone, "Surprise!"
[Host going into [Beyond Sin Mode] initiated!]
[While transformed all stats Authority Skills are enhanced beyond their normal state!]
[All Authority-based skills attacks, attack speed, and damage increase by 100%!]
[Time Limit… START!]
*BAM*
Mash punches Alien-X using 2000 [Unseen Hands], sending him skyward. Not wasting time Mash pursues him, launching him into a nearby planetoid created by him for the two overpowered beings to duke it out.
The two engulf themselves in energy, and fly around, repeatedly colliding with each other. They then begin to duke it out, with Mash kicking Alien-X into yet another planetoid, blowing it to pieces.
*BOOOOOM*
Alien-X drastically grows and grabs Mash. Mash attempts to prevent being crushed but is struggling…
*SHIIII*
Alien-X notices an ominous purple light emitting from his hand, which quickly begins to swell… until he can't contain it anymore.
*BOOOOM*
Suddenly, his hand bursts open, releasing countless Mashs using Authority of Gluttony, [Splitting], catching him off-guard. His hand quickly reforms as the Mashs swirl around him, creating an energy vortex to capture him inside. Alien-X eyes narrowed a ball of white light emanated from his hand plunging it into the energy vortex…
*BOOOOOM*
The resulting clash unleashed the big bang forcing Mash's copies to die in an instant. It soon revealed that only the original survived with Alien-X muttering in a neutral tone, "My victory is inevitable."
Mash takes a running swipe at Alien-X, but he teleports. When he reappears, he tilts his head and sends Mash flying into the castle...
*THUD*
As he tumbles on the ground, Alien-X speeds over to him and kicks him away. He teleports to where Mash landed and only finds an empty crater. He looks around, then closes his eyes, concentrating.
Alien-X tries to see into the future of where Mash is hiding. But to his surprise, nothing showed as Mash finally appeared landing a blow muttering to himself in a neutral tone, "I think it's about time I returned the favor pal. [Overwrite] enable other skills. [Boost]. [Divide]."
*BAM*
Instantly showing the results Alien-X struggled with the sudden increase in Mash's power and decrease of his abilities. Alien-X visibly struggles at first before he begins, batting him away; eventually, he gets fed up and shoots beams from both hands and spins around, literally leveling the entire castle to stumps.
*PEW*

Mash is exposed as Alien-X flings him to the ground with [Telekinesis]; flings him another way; punches him as he's flying; grabs and teleports him high up in the air…

He punches him as he comes falling down…

He punches, kicks, and punches him higher and higher and higher in the air like a pinball machine….

At Mash's highest point, Alien X teleports above him and brings his fists down, sending Mash careening down and landing back on the ground remains of the castle destroyed in the conflict.
*Snap*
With a snap of his fingers, Alien-X depowers Mash and then flies right in front of Mash before using a simple finger flick to send him flying into space, before following up and delivering a high-speed beatdown to him.
*BAM**BAM**BAM*

He then grabs Mash by the throat and starts erasing him as he speaks in a cold tone at the beaten gamer with an inch of his life, "I don't know who you are, but I don't care. This is Alien-X. He controls all of reality. This is over."
Right before he is completely erased, Mash's visions blur but smirks as the circuits of his Nanites kick in undoing Alien-X power…
*BOOOM*
Unleashing a burst of power using the God Code as his source in an excited tone, "I don't care what kind of power you've got! I'm gonna kick your ass!!"
Alien X then proceeds to clone himself, surrounding Mash on all sides, before closing in to attack. However, he smirked knowing that Alien-X was coming at him space began to change as he activated his trump card in a proud tone, "Hahaha! How amusing! I don't care what kind of power you've got! But let's take this to even playing field faker!"
*CRACK*
Using his Authority of Vainglory, [Overwrite] entrapped Alien-X into his [Reality Marble] meaning his complete victory against the unstoppable force of nature that is Alien-X…

[Ars Paulina, Imaginary Number Space]

Exiting into his Reality Marble and workshop [Ars Paulina] the clones soon vanished alarming Alien-X. He turned his attention to Mash as he extended his palm forward at him attempting his reality-warping power in a hateful tone, "This fight is over!! Reality is mine to command! Reality includes time… What's happening?!!"
Alien-X attempted to use his power ability to warp reality, time, and space with ease and at any level he wished. Even his thoughts can become real. In short, Alien X can do anything, such as creating and recreating an entire universe at will…
However, when he entered the Imaginary Number Space such power no longer held any meaning anymore… Mash smirked coldly as the Demon Towers within glowed ominously at the intruder opening their eyes.
Attempting to use reality-warping powers Mash coldly smirked at him introducing him to his workshop as the Demon Towers came to life in a gleeful tone, "Welcome to the Imaginary Number Space!! Where the meaning of time and space holds no meaning. A cursed place for you reality warper."
*PEW*
*BOOOOM*
An unholy screech from Demon Towers could be heard as he was shot by multiple magical energy beams Alien-X screamed in pain. Alien-X while powerful isn't immune to magic something Mash knew for a fact and many others.
Alien-X's reality-warping capabilities have a limit, as Alien-X was unable to reverse the destruction of the universe caused by the Annihilarrgh, which forced Ben to remake the universe instead.
Alien X's powers also may either be limited to the basic cosmic laws of other universes or may not work depending on the universe. It also depends on whether his internal astronomy is compatible enough with the universe he's in.
Knowing this with his meta-knowledge Mash conducted this plan in motion. Alien-X cannot manipulate mana directly because he would first have to alter the universe to change the nature of mana.
Alien-X's cosmic powers do not work well against magic and a magic spell could cancel his powers. It was using the Reality Marble skill [Ars Paulina] that gave him the chance to end or kill Alien-X here for good.
Soon enough his Demon Towers began to spring the bound Alien-X battered and defeated form as he leveled his head to him. Grabbing his Omnitrix from his chest he clutched it tightly as Mash spoke in a cold tone, "Sorry kid. But this wasn't in your fate to beat me..."
*SHINNG*
Digging his hand piercing through his chest destroying the Omnitrix Alien-X soon changed into Ben's eyes of shock filling him. And then his eyes turned blank and then Mash turned him into dust ending his story here and there.
[You gain 50 EXP!]
*Cling*
The only thing left is the hero's Omnitrix as he scoffed at the thing. Bending over grabbing the Omnitrix Mash can use this once he repairs the functions into something more useable but otherwise…

Using his own Omnitrix transforming into Alien-X and making sure to delete his consciousness within the Celestialsapian species obtaining unlimited power he spoke in an indifferent tone, "Sigh… at least you won't die for nothing kid. It shouldn't leave any problems so… there."
*SNAP*
With a snap of his fingers, he effectively recreated the Prime Timeline allowing things how they should be. This way he won't have to worry about this version of heroes after him or annoy him.
Transforming himself back to normal Mash knew it was time to finally go home.
*Shiii*
Turning around and opening a portal through his Gamer Ring he finished his objective in this world albeit banged up but could've been worse. But with that in mind finding his home would surely be done.
He can feel his chapter is coming and can't wait. But first, he needs to find a way to keep his girls from killing him.
