The Moe Café is Isekaied

It was another busy day at the Moe Café. A lot of people considered it to be the best café around. And now that the summer festival was here, the café became even more popular and was getting a ton of customers. So the staff was constantly working hard to satisfy them.

"Hey Dono. I need two Strawberry Shortcakes ASAP." Said Jordan as he came with his order.

"And one Apple Pie." Said Briggs.

"Sure thing." Said Dono from the kitchen, getting their orders ready.

"Man, today sure is a busy day." Said Evan who came in with some plates.

"It can't be helped. It's the summer festival after all." Said Hirito who was washing the dishes.

"True. And our café is an awesome dating spot. AHHHH!!! Why can't I get a girlfriend? I wanna go on dates too!" Said Evan who sat down.

"There he goes again." Said Nux who came in with another order.

"For now let's just get through today and then we're gonna see what we can do about your girlfriend problems." Said Joey who came in to get some drinks. "Just get back out there. Connor and the others need you."

"Yeah. Sure. But I still don't understand one thing." Said Evan who stood up.

"And what's that?" Asked Hirito.

"Why am I wearing a maid outfit?!"

"Because we're short on maids. We can't do this with only three maids. So that's why we had Connor bring in his cosplay outfits for you, John and me." Said Joey.

"Besides, you look super cute in that outfit. Very moe." Said Noble who came up behind Nux.

"You guys are so dead." Said Evan who went back out.

"Ah come on. Don't be like that. Just look how much John loves it." Said Dono pointing at John.

"Welcome to the Moe Café masters. Please come this way." Said John in a cute voice.

"Right this way master." Said Connor in a Hestia maid outfit.

"And what would you like to order, mademoiselle?" Asked Recon who was among the guys wearing a butler suit.

"Hey Hirito. Are Libellus and the others back yet?" Asked Katie as she came into the kitchen.

"Not yet. Don't know what's taking them so long."

"They better make it back fast. We have two more orders of the Large Double Chocolate Chip Sundaes." Said Mental Quorum who came with the orders.

"Nothing much we can do about that right now. Rustage got raisins instead of chocolate chips." Said Dono. "Thank goodness Spooky has a car though. That should help them get things done faster."

"But still. They're quite late." Said Katie.

"WE'RE BACK!!!" Called out Animak as he entered through the back door followed by Libellus, Spooky and Jack.

"Told you I should've been the one driving." Said Jack who seemed to be arguing with Libellus.

"What took you guys so long?" Asked Dono.

"Well, when we we're about to leave the supermarket, Libellus decided to drive us back." Said Spooky.

"But on the way back, the police stopped us." Said Animak.

"What?! Why?" Asked Mental Quorum.

"Apparently they thought Libellus was underage." Said Jack.

"Pffft!!! Ha ha ha!!!" Laughed Hirito.

"Hey! What's so funny?!" Asked Libellus, giving Hirito the evil eye.

"So anyway, they asked him for his ID and driver's license, but he forgot them at home. So we had to wait for his sister to come over with them." Said Jack.

"You didn't get a ticket?" Asked Katie.

"Oh he did. What's more, his license was suspended for a month for driving without a license." Said Spooky.

"Well, what's done is done. Just get me the chocolate chips. We got six orders of Large Double Chocolate Chip Sundaes." Said Hirito.

"Make that eight." Said SOS calling out from over the counter.

"Great. We'll have them ready in a minute." Said Dono.

"Hey guys. Johnny said that we're gonna have a meeting after work today. So everyone should stay behind." Announced Gaby.

"Roger that." Said Animak.

A few hours later.

"Thank you for coming masters." Said Steve as the last customers left the café.

"Finally. I'm beat." Said Steve as he lay his head on a table.

"I'm never wearing maid's outfit again." Said Evan, taking off his wig.

"Awww. Is little Evana feeling embarrassed after getting hit on by those two guys?" Asked Nux as he teased Evan.

"Don't remind me!" Said Evan, burying his face in his wig.

As everyone was laughing at Evan's misfortune, Johnny enters the café followed by Rustage, Poxal, Hiding and Chibi.

"Hey everyone. Sorry for being late." Said Hiding.

"Hey. Where have you guys been?" Asked Jordan.

"I believe Gaby told all of you that we were gonna have a meeting. Well, it's more of an announcement. You guys remember Mr. Bigbucks don't you?" Asked Rustage.

"You mean that fat billionaire that owns all those hotels and restaurants around the world? Who wouldn't know him?" Said Tekking.

"Well, you guys know that we've been trying to expand the Moe Café, right?" Asked Rustage.

"Yup." Said Hirito.

"So we went to him with a presentation and asked him to work with us." Said Hiding.

"And?!" Asked everyone who were already on the edge of their seats.

"The Moe Café is gonna open up its new branch in Tokyo in two months." Said Johnny.

"No way!" Said SOS.

"And what's more, he wants our team to move over there and take over the new branch. He said he wants to help us make the Tokyo branch the best café ever." Said Poxal.

"Seriously?!" Asked Evan, standing up from his chair.

"We're going to Japan!!!" Said Jordan giving Joey a high five.

"This is so awesome!" Said Dono punching the air.

"I can't wait." Said Mental Quorum, hugging Katie.

"So starting tomorrow, we're going to start hiring. We need a new crew that will take over this café." Said Johnny.

"I'll get some posters done by tomorrow." Said Gaby.

"That'd be great. Thanks Gaby." Said Johnny. "Now that that's out of the way, I believe it's time we all head home."

"DING DING!"

The door to the café suddenly opened and a man walked in.

"Excuse me sir, but the café is closed for today." Said Animak.

"So this is the famous Moe Café. Not bad." Said the man.

"Sir, nobody is allowed in after closing hours. Please leave." Said Nux pointing towards the door.

The man then grabbed Nux by the arm and threw him to the ground.

"Hey! What do you think you're doing?!" Said Recon who ran towards the man to try and restrain him.

"I believe it's about time you all went to sleep. Deepus Slumberus Otherus Sekaius Transferus!" Said the man as he began to chant in an unknown language.

"What's going on?" Asked Jack who started wobbling.

"My head is spinning." Said Rustage as he began to fall.

"Someone…help…" Said Briggs as he lost consciousness.

Soon enough, everyone was knocked out by the spell the man cast on them. Soon after, a magic circle appeared under them and they all started getting sucked in one by one.

"Good. Everything went according to plan. It's a good thing we found this great spell." Said the man as he was also sucked in by the magic circle.

"Chirp, chirp!" Sang some birds.

It was morning. Somewhere in the middle of nowhere, a group of maids and butlers were sleeping peacefully on the soft grass. A bird landed next to one of the sleeping beauties and started to sing as if it was trying to wake them up.

"Ahhh. My head. Did I drink too much again?" Asked Chibi as he started to open his eyes.

"What the hell happened?" Asked Hiding, lifting his head from the ground.

"Is it morning already?" Asked Poxal, rubbing his eyes.

"Why are we outside?" Asked Noble, looking at the sky.

"Has anyone seen my glasses?" Asked Rustage.

"They're right here. Here you go." Said John. As he began to hand Rustage his glasses, his eyes widened and his jaw dropped. "Who the hell are you?!"

"What do you mean who am I? I'm Rustage obviously." Said Rustage as he took his glasses and put them on. Then it was his turn to look shocked. "Who are YOU?!"

"I'm John."

"Are you messing with me?! How can you be John?! John's a guy."

He then looked around him and froze.

"Who are you girls?!"

"Girls?! Where?!" Asked Evan who began to look around excitedly.

"What the hell?!! Why do I have boobs?!" Asked Jack, touching his chest.

"Speaking of boobs, where are mine?!" Asked Katie.

"Everyone just calm down! Let's do a roll call." Said Johnny. "Briggs."

"Here." Said a girl.

"What?! YOU'RE Briggs?!!!" Asked Steve.

"Yeah. Who are you?!"

"I'm Steve."

"Say what?!!"Asked everyone in shock.

"Libellus." Called Johnny.

"Here." Said a black and green haired girl.

"No way you're Libellus." Said Hirito.

"And you are?"

"It's me. Hirito."

"What?!!" Said Libellus.

"Okay. Everyone calm down. I believe I understand the situation. I don't know how this happened, but all the guys turned into girls and all the girls turned into guys." Said Johnny.

"Thanks for stating the obvious, genius." Said Tekking.

"The hell?!!! How did this happen?!" Asked Evan.

"It must have been that strange man that came into our café. He started chanting something and we all lost consciousness." Said Joey.

"But where the hell are we?" Asked Connor looking around.

"Well, we're definitely not in the café anymore." Said Recon.

"Um, are those fairies or am I seeing things?" Asked Dono.

"I don't believe this." Said Tekking.

"I think I know what this is." Said Nux.

"What?" Asked SOS.

"We've....been....ISEKAIED!!!! And I've finally tuned into an E-Girl!!! This is a dream come true!!!" Said Nux jumping up and down.

"That's definitely Nux." Said Gaby.

"Isekaied? For real?!" Asked Joey in disbelief.

"I guess that's the only explanation. But why the gender swapping?" Asked John.

"Well, we won't find out anything staying here. I believe the best thing to do now is to find a town. Once we get ourselves sorted out, we start looking for that man." Said Noble.

"How do you expect to go looking for him when we have no idea where the hell we are? Not to mention the fact that we've had our genders swapped." Said Evan. "Gaaaahhh!!! I wanted to GET girls. Not become one!"

"Calm down Evan. We can't do anything about that for now. Let's just find that town first." Said Poxal.

"Man, I wish I watched more Isekai. I have no idea what to do." Said Connor.

"Ha ha ha!" Laughed Recon and Hirito.

"What are you two laughing about?!" Asked Mental Quorum.

"Isekai, huh? Just leave that to us." Said the two as they did a Jojo pose.

"Oh yeah. We got our very own Isekai masters right here." Said Gaby.

"So what do you guys think of our situation?" Asked Libellus.

"Well, first of all, like Noble said, we need to find a town. That's where we can get some information." Said Recon.

"Because right now, I don't see anyone else here except for us." Said Hirito.

"Also, given that there are fairies and if I'm not mistaken, three unicorns climbing a rainbow, there's magic in this world." Said Recon pointing at the unicorns.

"Before we head out, we need to remember that even though we know about Isekai anime, we don't know anything about this world. It can be similar to the anime, or it can be completely different. So we have to be careful at all times. Especially that now we only have three guys and twenty three girls." Said Hirito.

"Which would make us look like easy targets for bandits and stuff." Said Animak.

"Exactly. So we need to constantly stay on are toes and be on guard. At least till we get to a town." Said Recon.

"Well, now that we know all that, I believe we should get going." Said Spooky.

"You two should be up front." Said Chibi.

"Alright then. Let's go." Said Recon.

"I hope we don't get turned into mushrooms along the way." Said Evan who was still feeling down due to the fact that he was now a girl.

The gender swapped Moe Café crew set out in search for a town and for answers as to why they were sent there. From behind a tree, a mysterious man was watching the crew.

"Well, I didn't expect that the spell would switch their genders. Looks like I'll have to fix that somehow. But I think I'll let them stay like this a little longer." Said the man as he slipped into his shadow and disappeared.

What is going to happen to the Moe Café? Will they ever get their genders right? Will they ever find a way back home or will they get stuck in this world forever?
