The Merchant (Reboot)

Is your brother sick? I have the cure. Radiation? It's not a problem. Magic? Shh, don't tell anyone. Bubbly black drink? It's called Coke. Gold? Ahh I have tons of it. Luck was an unemployed loser who only knew how to play games. One day, while playing on his computer, Luck was exposed to solar energy and gained a mysterious power that allowed him to travel to and from another world. The other world he could travel to was a world where monsters roamed, kingdoms and empires existed, and a force called mana gave people superhuman powers. By traveling back and forth between these two worlds, Luck will enjoy being a merchant, carrying goods and trading between the two worlds, and making money by using the advantages of both worlds.

The smell!

Not wanting to wait any longer after reaching an agreement with his mother,

Luck packed a backpack and boarded the first bus to Manisa.

Sitting in the uncomfortable seat, Luck wondered to himself why he hadn't taken a plane to Izmir.

The seat smelled of sweat and had unidentifiable stains on it.

"I'm going to suffer a ton of discomfort again because of the miser in me..."

Luck couldn't afford a plane ticket?

Of course he could, he could even fly first class, but why didn't he travel by plane?

The reason was simple, he didn't want to spend money on a plane ticket, which was many times more expensive than a bus.

After all, he was going to get to the same place either way...it didn't matter to him if it was a little later.

But the worst thing was not the uncomfortable and stained seat.

It was the man sitting next to him with the smelly armpit!

Luck soon fainted from the smell emanating from the man.

9 hours later.

As soon as Luck got off at the Manisa bus station, he ran to the nearest convenience store and bought a few bottles of deodrant and sprayed it on himself!

Even Luck's mouth turned sour when he remembered the smell he had to smell.

"What the hell was that smell! I could actually taste that disgusting smell!"

Luck was walking from the bus station to take the city bus to the city center when he saw his 'smelly' friend moving in the same direction as him and his hair stood on end.

"Hell no!"

Without a second thought, Luck called a taxi and wanted to get to the city center quickly.

When he arrived at the city center and saw the real estate agent already waiting for him at the agreed place, Luck smiled with satisfaction.

"Sorry if I kept you waiting."

Realtor Ena waved his hand and waved off Luck's apology.

"I just got here too! I'd even say you came fast, Mr. Luck!"

Relieved, Luck exhaled a deep breath.

"Ah, then I'm glad I didn't keep you waiting."

Extending her hand to shake hands, Ena stumbled for a moment as she approached

Luck!

What the hell is this!

What kind of smell is that!

Did you eat carrion, man! Did you sleep in the sewer!

Luck, oblivious to Ena the Realtor's thoughts and the disgusting odor, took the hand extended to him.

"Shall we go to where the land is then?"

Ena nodded her head in agreement.

"Here, my car is this way..."

Ena: 0_0

What did I say!

I told this guy to get in my car!

What if this smell gets into the car?

No matter how many times I wash the car, this smell will never go away!

Ena, suddenly reminded of Luck's disgusting smell, came up with the ingenious maneuver of using another car, a taxi.

"Mr. Luck or never mind, my car is not that good, how about taking a taxi?"

Luck smiled, impressed that Ena, the real estate agent, had thought of his own comfort and suggested the idea of using a taxi.

"No need! There's really no need to pay all that money for a taxi! Even if there is a tractor, we can take your car to your destination, I don't mind!"

Luck praised himself inwardly.

It would be a shame to spend extra money on such a caring real estate agent! She already met me here and I can't afford a taxi!

With a last effort Ena said, "That's not an expense, Mr. Luck! You came all the way here after sitting in a bus seat for hours!

Your comfort is important!"

Luck liked Ena's thoughtfulness even more and gave up the idea of taking a taxi.

A real estate agent with such good intentions is hard to find! I can't call a taxi and make him spend unnecessarily!

Smiling, Luck headed towards the car Ena pointed to.

"No need at all! I'm sure your car is comfortable enough!"

Seeing Luck waiting by the door of her beloved car, Ena unlocked the car door with a heavy heart.

I'm sorry girl...but I promise I'll make you wash it many times until the smell is gone!

...

While traveling in the same car with Luck, Ena, who got used to the smell emanating from Luck after a while, was still thinking about how to remove the smell that would permeate the car, while trying to chat with Luck.

"What is so important that you need to travel all the way from Istanbul in a bus? There are very few people buying farmland these days, Mr. Luck!"

"Actually it's not that important, I have my own burger shop and I want to grow some fruits and vegetables to use in my burgers."

Ena was surprised, not expecting such an answer.

"Wouldn't it be cheaper to buy your fruits and vegetables from outside?"

Luck shrugged nonchalantly.

"Yes, maybe it would be cheaper, as you say, but I still prefer to use food that I grow myself."

After all, he couldn't tell Ena that he was going to use the seeds from Gliese here!

"Oh I see...so how was your bus ride?"

Just hearing the word bus was enough to send shivers down Luck's spine.

"I don't want to hear the word bus!"

Ena was surprised by Luck's sudden objection to the bus.

"Well..."

Worried that he might have offended Ena, Luck wanted to explain himself and said

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to yell at you, it was just that my bus ride was not pleasant! I can still smell the smell of the guy sitting next to me! I thought I was going to faint as soon as I smelled that!"

Ena involuntarily blurted out when she realized the origin of the smell she smelled from Luck.

"smell...so that's why you smell like that..."

Luck had already heard what he had said, even though he hurriedly stopped talking when he realized what he had said at the last moment!

Realizing that he stank, Luck blushed with embarrassment and was hit by a wave of realization!

The reason why he had insisted on asking for a taxi became clear!

He was not kind and considerate at all!

Wanting to get rid of the stench as soon as possible, Luck asked, "Can you take me to my hotel before I go to the field?"

Embarrassed by her blunder, Ena sighed, wondering if her mistake would hinder the sale "Sure..."

After a while they stopped in front of a hotel and Ena wanted to get out with Luck and accompany him, but Luck held up his hand to stop Ena.

"You should think about changing your clothes too, I don't think the farmland will be clean and you don't want to get your suit dirty."

Luck's suggestion made sense to Ena.

"You're right, I'd better go and change into something more suitable. Then how about I pick you up here in an hour?"

Luck nodded his head to show his approval.

"Sure, but let's take a taxi this time."

Ena was surprised, remembering Luck's insistent refusal to take a taxi even though she had asked him to do so dozens of times before.

"We could have taken my car..."

Luck looked at the car and then at himself and said, "I think we'd better not go...and maybe you should get your car washed."

Realizing what Luck meant, Ena shyly nodded.

"huh...yeah."
