Chapter fifty seven
Then she remembered bumping articles that talked about projecting one's self as too needy if they overdid things. Luis had probably read it too and had decided against calling her again so he wouldn't seem needy. Vivienne decided to do the same. Even if she wanted to return his call so badly, she had to look like his call didn't matter.
So she dropped her phone back on her bedside table and gulped down water from her accountability container before climbing out of bed and going into her bathroom.
When she stepped out, her hair was brushed properly and her face washed. The skin care routine she had gone through last night had left her skin looking and feeling supple this morning and since she wasn't going out today, she decided to eat and design a little bit before taking her bath.
