Chapter 2

Lying on a hospital bed for three days still he didn't speak. His savior has been patient to visit him every day and bring him fruits and flowers. He keeps on talking to him although he didn't answer, his savior just keep on talking telling him stories of his childhood.

He looks at the man the way he talks he can say that he is not an ordinary man, the way he smiles has meaning, he moved his hand with caution. This man has authority and power.

"The doctor said we can go home tomorrow if you want, you are well now but you need therapy because of the trauma you had experience. " his savior said. Smiling

He snapped his head towards him when he heard what the man said.

"Just talk to me so that we can clear things out, I'm willing to adopt you if you let me be your father! " he look at the man blankly.

How he will answer that statement? He just lost his father days ago but now someone came and ask him to be his father. Tears started to fall he didn't notice that he was bawling his eyes already. The man- no! His father to pull him and hug him tightly.

He let him cried his heart out, he let him drown the agony and pain of his painful experience. The hug is warm it is the hug of his mother every time she tried to console him.

"Don't be afraid now, we will grow together. I promise to you, you will get your revenge! " the man said in a whisper.

He looks up to meet his eyes those warm blue eyes. He nods a little as a sign of acceptance and hugs him again.

3 days ago-

Shocking news reaches the mansion of Henry Sandoval. The Gothic Guild of Vampires found out the hidden place of his sister Meredith. They killed her along with his husband Anthony Mitchell.

His sister married an Alpha wolf, it is forbidden in vampire rules, once you will get acquainted with their mortal enemy you will be killed.

He asked his sister to just give up, but Alpha Anthony begs him.

"We are mates, I beg you Henry I will die if Meredith rejects me.! " the voice of his brother-in-law echoed in his mind.

He helped them to get married and found a hidden place to hide. They are living happily and contented, the moon blesses them with a child.

But now he will no longer see his sister, she's gone. Killed by the Guild liquidators.

But what makes him more miserable is what they did to her!

"They raped her sir in front of Anthony before they killed her when we reach there the house is burnt along with the bodies of your sister and her husband. " he slumps on the floor not knowing what to feel. His eyes are full of anger and sadness at the same time.

"How about Gulf? Did you find him?" The messenger shakes his head left and right.

"We found three bodies inside sir, one is a child! " Henry's eyes went wide he can't believe that his beloved nephew is dead.

"No! No! Prepare the car Liam!!, we will search for him! Meredith is smart she can see the future, I'm sure she already knows what will happen, she already saved Gulf before the Guild reach them! I still feel the bond between me and my nephew!" He stands on his feet and runs outside. The car is waiting already so he take his way.

Driving towards the hidden forest where his sister was hiding he can't stop himself from crying. He already ordered all his men to collect all the ashes and put them into a large jar. Time will come that someone will drink that ashes and he will make sure it will be the end.

He is in deep thought when suddenly his driver steps the breaks. He knows right away that they hit someone or something. His driver Liam get off the car so he followed. His eyes widen when he saw a kid. His face is full of bruises, dry paled lips his forehead is bleeding.

"Is he still alive? " Henry asked his driver, Liam nod at him.

"Take him inside, let's bring him to the hospital! " Liam carried the kid inside the car on the back seat.

Henry looked at him with love and worry, as the child opened his eyes to meet him, it's full of anger and pain, he can't contain his sadness as he caress the child's face. He is sure that he found his beloved nephew.

As the car drives to the hospital his palm opens and closes because of anger.

"You will pay for this! " he promised himself that he will take revenge for his sister.

Henry brings Gulf to his mansion. After signing all discharged papers in the hospital, he called his attorney to prepare an adoption paper. Gulf is his son now, he changed Gulf's surname from Mitchell to Sandoval. No one will find out that Gulf is his nephew.

Gulf possessed a calm demeanor and intelligent mind. One word and he will understand you already, one small action and he will read you. He is only ten but his way of thinking is beyond his age.

They will start on getting to know each other first, then he will enroll Gulf in homeschooling. He has to protect his nephew from now on.

"Your house is so big sir! " Gulf started to speak again. He is smiling also and acting cute all the time without knowing it.

"How many times I've told you to stop calling me sir and start calling me Dad or Father! " he glared at him and Gulf just laugh.

"Are you ready for your online classes next week? Learn how to read well and watch your manners, you can't defeat your enemy if you are dumb! But we will start your pre-combat training, just give me a signal! " he wiggles his eyebrows at his son.

But the boy's expression change into a serious one.

"I'm ready anytime dad! " Gulf said in a deadly tone.

Anger and pain flashed in his son's eyes.

"Let's start tomorrow then! "
