JJ and his mean were picked up from the military's base and they set out for a ship that had been keeping an eye on El Chico.

Then from there his small group took a fighter chopper over and landed on the deck of the yacht.

"Mr. June, I need you to take everyone off this boat. King will be coming soon to kill everyone. My men will stay on board to capture them."

"Commander Jones are you sure?" June asked.

"Yes, the chopper will take everyone over to our military ship. Get everyone on that chopper now."

Mr. June gather everyone and carried Lily on to the chopper and they left. JJ and his men got ready.

It took six hours of waiting before another ship came into view.

"Ahoy there, is your master aboard?" A man yells.

"No, it's just his wife. Can we help you?" One a his men says.

"Our radio went out and we need to repair it, can you assist us?"

"Sure pull up beside us and I'll get our radio guy to help you."

When the boat was side by side ten men jumped over with guns.

"Where is the girl?" Bob asked

"They are in the main cabin." JJ's man says.

"Get everyone on deck. Rape anyone you want but leave this little brat to me." Bob orders.

He walked over and opened the cabin door and stepped in. JJ let him come in before shutting the door.

"We meet once more Mr. King. Only this time you won't be leaving here alive."

Bob turns slowly and points his gun at JJ, then POP, POP a gun went off.

One by one, Bob's men were captured and cuffed. No one was going to escape today. They were in international waters and acting as a pirate was a death sentence.

Cindy helped put each one in lock up and when she came to Peter he was shocked.

"Who are you?" He asked.

"Just a spy." she said kicking him into the lock up room.

She then went looking for JJ to find him slumped down. He had taken a bullet to the shoulder. Bob King took one to the head and was laying dead.

"Hang on. I'll get Doc." She ran out in a panic.

They needed to get him to a hospital right away. The chopper came back and Cindy, Doc, and JJ took off. The ships hospital was top notch and they fixed him up.

"Don't ever scare me like that again you big lug." Cindy said.

"I promise if you marry me." he smiled.

"You are so high right now. What am I going to do with you?" She smiled.

"You didn't answer the question woman." He said.

"Yes, I'll marry you." She said and then he passed out. She wondered if he would remember asking her when he woke up.

After everyone was back were they belonged. They all returned to Capital including Lily and her grandmother. She let the staff bring the yacht back with out them. She road with JJ's team back.

When Harrison got the word that Bob was dead he was thankful. It was the second best news heard. Before getting the call from Commander Jones, Robert Little called to say that the District Attorney's office and Judge Parker just put a warrant out for his father's arrest. They were going to prosecute him for a few different charges.

He went to the hospital to see his brother.

"I still won't believe it till he is rotting in jail. Harry how will this effect the company?" Marcus asked.

"Stocks will fall but they will recover. Dad did not have much hand in running things, so it should work out in the end." Harrison said. Then he turned to Ariel, "Lily is on her way back safe and sound. No need to worry any more."

"Your wrong, she is still in danger. You need to believe me. Please let her stay with me." Ariel said.

"How about you and Marcus come live with me. There is more then enough room. That way you can stay with Lily."

"My job is in Harborview, I need to go back soon." Marcus said.

"I understand but I need you at our company. It belongs to you and me. Please come back." Harrison said.

As Ariel listened to the two me talk she still felt like something was not right. Lily was still in trouble. "I want to stay with Lily, she needs me right now."

"Ok, I'll talk to Janet. I hate to leave her like that but your happiness always comes first." Marcus said.

Harrison smiled he was getting his brother back.

Sarah was looking through the news on the phone when she came across an article that made her smile.

{Local tycoon Harrison M. McKenna was arrested today on multiple charges. Child neglect, Child endangerment, Sex act with a child under 12, Prostituting a minor, and child pornography. He is being held without bail in Capital's county jail waiting for trial. The State District Attorney's office had this statement "Mr. McKenna will be treated like anyone else put on trial for these crimes. He will not get special treatment." Only time will tell if he is innocent or guilty.}

She then dialed Harrison. "Are you all right?"

"What do you want Sarah?" He said.

"I just read that your dad is in jail. I know how close you are."

"That is none of your business." Harris said.

"Darling, I still care about you. I was so worried when I heard Lily's Mermaid died, I went over to see how she was doing. I met your father then. He was so kind, I don't believe he did those things." She said.

"He did, I need to go pick up my daughter from the air base please don't call me again." He then hung up.

The brat was still alive. She threw her phone. That moron could not even kill a little kid. After picking her phone back up, she then tried calling him with no answer. She would have to get rid of her herself. The first plan was still a good plan.
