Chapter 2: The Brothers United
As days passed at the school of Echros, the brothers, unaware of their connection, followed their own paths because since Bath they were separated and trained by different members of the community and were never told about their bond since they were very special. They could cause a lot of destruction if their true brotherhood powers were opened. So the community decided to separate them until they were well trained.Aiden the elder of the two was well known for his strength, intelligence and quick wit. He mastered all the ancient texts and languages of the tribe. His powers, too,were impressive with the ability to manipulate elements with just a mere thought.
Meanwhile, Kael, the younger, was known for his great power never seen before in any of the tribes for transforming into a beast destroying monster with the power to see into the future. He was a natural leader, respected by his peers and feared by his enemies. His powers were more physical in nature allowing him to move with unnatural speed and strength.
One day, during a training session in the School's vast courtyard with statues of the great leaders of the clan of Echros, Aiden and Kael found themselves pited against each other. It was a friendly competition, a test of their skills. But as they sparred something clicked inside them.
There movements became synchronised, as if they were two parts of a whole. They fought with a grace and precision that amazed every instructor there and even the elder Clan leaders. This awed their classmates. It was as if they were meant to be together, to fight as one.
After the exercise, as they caught their breaths, Aiden and Kael finally spoke. They shared stories of there past, of their upbringing by the secret community that had raised them. And as they spoke, they realised the truth of their bond.
They were brothers born of the same parents, they were the first of their kind to survive, to defy the odds and live. And together, they would fulfill there destiny, whatever it may be.
But their reunion was not without its challenges. As words spread their connection, jealousy and suspicion grew among their classmates. Some saw them as a threat, a challenge to their own ambitions. The Clan was also threatened since the legend would state that their would be a kind never seen before and very dangerous to the Clan of Echros. But as tension grew Aiden and Kael knew that they would have to tread carefully.
For the School of Echros was a place of secrets, a place where power was everything. And as the brothers delved deeper into its mysteries, they knew that they were just scratching the surface. The true test of their abilities, and their bond, was yet to come.
