"Doesn't that look familiar?"

I looked at her with doubt and asked.

Carmina responded with some blush on her cheeks because of her embarrassment.

She said slowly raising her voice.

"The only way for me to spend time with you or for any of us to spend time is for you to grace us with your presence Miss Anarson."

Carmina looked at me, annoyed by the implication of my words.

I calmly approached her and gave her a side hug.

I spat out those words when I heard Carmina's sobs, I felt horrible I made my cousin and who I think I love cry in less than 10 minutes apart.

Silence hung in the air, only to be interrupted by Carmina's sobs.
