"Bro let me tell you what happened..."

[ The night when Edgar got drunk ]

Since one of his friends just returned from Mexico, they decided to gather together. Hanging out, drinking and bring women to the party. Everyone there was suitable to be called shameless in Edgar's eyes as they having free 18+ activities throughout the party. Edgar doesn't want to go there. He rather is at home teasing and having a normal conversation with Kitana but he was forced to come. Since he didnt want to turn down his friends' response towards him.

All of them were annoying especially the women, touching him here and there even when they're playing games. Their favaurite game is truth or dare and the third option is to drink liquor one glass full every time one chooses to pick neither of the options.

Every time when it comes to his turn, he will drink and refused to say anything as he knows dare is about sexual thing and truth about his daily life or secrets.

It's almost 2 am and Edgar almost finish his 3rd bottle of liquor by himself. "Enough, Edgar. You had too much" Antony said as he looks at his friend's condition drunk and can't hold onto this game any longer. Edgar's sight becomes blurry and it's hard for him to keep the balance even he stands with his two feet.

Antony went to Frost's kitchen and gave him plenty of plain water to drink. "Did your parents know you're here?" Antony asked him. Edgar looked at him with withered eyes. "No... I'm with Kitana. Send me to Kitana's house. She probably misses me a lot." Edgar told Antony as Kim assist Edgar to his car.

Antony rose up his right eyebrow. "What's your relationship with Kitana actually" Antony was curious as well as Kim. Kim was one year younger than Edgar and he's part of the gang. Kim opened his phone and started to record every word uttered from his mouth. "Hmm... I'm not quite sure. I'm her friend, a brother but I heard she called me 'her husband'" He stops for a while. Antony and Kim can't stop themselves from laughing but they hold their laughter. Looking at Edgar's chuckling as he scratches his neck, not quite sure what is he talking about. "Is that mean, she is my wife?" Edgar looked at their stupid faces. Antony couldn't resist it any longer. Both of them burst out their laugh.

In their way back to Kitana's condominium, Antony and Kim keep teasing him. "Hey, Edgar but did you know she's engaged?" Kim started a new conversation. Edgar denying the fact that she's engaged. Antony was really happy to get a chance looking at Edgar's childish side when he was drunk. He never saw his mature friend as Edgar act like a small innocent child when they're conscious. Maybe making them drunk is one of the options.

"No...that's not true. She's mine" Edgar said as he lay on the back seat and crawl himself into a ball. Mumbled and murmuring all by himself.

"But did she knows that she's obviously yours?" Kim teases him even more. Edgar sat down properly and slightly titled his head to the right. After Antony giving him water before they took off, Edgar became better yet still doesn't alert what he said. "Are you telling him to get her?" Antony whispered loudly to Kim. Kim told Antony to relax as if nothing bad could happen. "Relax, Antony. It's now or never, right?" he chuckled.

Actually, Edgar can walk by himself but since Antony worried he would kill himself by accidentally trip and fall from any floor, Antony and Kim assisted until Kitana took over. And there's come the moment where he suddenly pulled her on his laps. The situation was very awkward and both of them don't know what to say or act. Antony closed the door and lock it from the inside. "Antony...! Antony...!" From inside, Antony could hear Kitana's voice calling for his help.

"Should we help her?" Antony looks back. Antony's mind was in between yes or no. "Just let them be, maybe they'll have a good time together" Kim shrugged and Antony smacked Kim's perverted brain from behind.

[ The end of the flashback ]

"So... she was mad at me because I... man-handling her" Edgar blushes and hides his face using the drink that he held. He couldn't believe what just happened to him. "And maybe there's something else that makes her tied you on the chair. Why don't you try to ask her?" Antony added. Edgar was a little bit cleared about what happened until he put all the pieces together.

Edgar looked at the clock hanging on the wall showed 8.30 pm "Thanks, bro" He thanked him and pat his shoulder. "What's with the rush?" Antony questioned him as he usually stayed until midnight but tonight is different. "I promised to her to be there before 9. Can't let her wait. She probably misses me, right?" He smirked and walked out of Antony's room. Somehow, he was pretty proud of his friend as he already knows the thing he wanted.

[ Kitana's condominium ]

Edgar took a deep breath before ringing the doorbell as he knew Kitana probably waiting for him like she always does. How did he know?

Every time he went somewhere, Kitana will be the first one to open the door for him and he only has to ring it once. Even in the midnight. As he expected, Kitana opened the door for him but this time with a grumpy expression on her face.

"I'm sorry...for everything," He said before he steps in. Edgar patiently waiting for her answer and she crossed her arm close to her body. "What everything?" She demanded the answer from his own mouth. Edgar didn't know how to explain it to her. She is naive and innocent, it's better to talk to Angeline about this topic as Angeline as not naive as Kitana. He afraid this conversation would become really awkward.

"Sorry for man-handling you, pulled you on my lap... and...maybe I try to kiss you? No?" He stated the reason. Kitana's face turned into shades of pink as she remembered the night. "Fine, I'm not angry anymore" She walked to the kitchen to prepare dinner but she still ignoring him. "You told me you're not mad at me anymore. Then why giving me that cold shoulder?" He followed her to the kitchen.

Kitana didn't look him even a glance as if she doesn't care about his existence. "Listen, Edger. I'm not angry but I'm sulking" She said it honestly. She took the spoon and the fork from its place and start eating without him. "What have I done? What did I say?" He asked her again. Kitana drank the water to clear her throat.

"Nice question, stupid face. You tell me that I'm tasty and feisty, I will taste good on your lips. Edgar Enderson. I'M. NOT. A. FOOD!" She holds his face using both of her palms as she shook her head. Edgar shifted his glances all over the room preventing their eyes from meeting each other. BTW Edgar thinks she's cute and funny when she thinks he will harm her but thank God, she's naive.

"Tell me, do we lack food until you have to eat me!" She opened the fridge and the cabinet, showing him the food that he can eat. "And the most unforgivable thing you call me 'my fat wife'!!" She took a deep breath and shouted in disbelieve. Kitana sits back to her position at the dining table. "First, I'm not fat. maybe I'm just heavy because you're weak! And the second I'm, not your wife!" She exclaimed and drink some water.

Watching Kitana nagging as same as watching and hearing how his mother nagged him but of course in cuter version.
