/"My lord,/" Laksom knocked at my door and softly stated. /"I have something important to report,/" he added. I put down the document that I was reading before signalling that he could enter the room.

/"What is it?/" I lifted a brow at him. It was early in the morning and I was in my study, reading a bunch of ancient texts on my table.

Researching the ancient text and historical documents had been my everyday routine, as I was trying to figure out something very important that could place the whole werekind and humankind in danger. Laksom, as my trusted aid, knew about this. Thus, he had never disturbed me whenever I was doing this before. That was, except when it was something important and urgent.
