Hero faction and Kyoto

Ophis was unaware of the location of the next group but she did give Akio the description of someone with the True Longinus.

Akio of course already knew who she was talking about and used the compass to easily locate them. He was surprised to see they were in the human realm, although he knew the reason.

'Isn't this a little fast?'

With those last thoughts, he disappeared with Akane and Ophis leaving Kuroka in Arcadio.

They arrived on a bridge overlooking a body of water.

Akio could feel a barrier around the place blocking anyone from coming near, most likely trying to hide the giant nine-tailed fox that seemed to be stuck in place.

For a few seconds, nothing seemed to be a miss until…

All of a sudden the area in front of them was covered in a purple mist. Out of the mist walked a group of people, in the head was a man with black hair and blue eyes.

He was holding a weapon that appeared to be a spear will golden arrows swirling all around it.

"*Sigh* We were just about to start the last part of the plan, who are you?" The man who can be identified as Cao Cao spoke holding his spear on his shoulders in a menacing manner.

Akio ignoring the man's words turned his attention to the captured fox.

"Not like I care but what were your plans?" Akio spoke completely ignoring his inquiries.

Cao Cao who was angered at being ignored tried to keep his composure as he spoke again. "Whatever it doesn't matter hurry and finish them off we need to be quick."

With those words, one of the people in front who wore a hood put his hands forward, and instantly golem-like creatures appeared.

"You, human are you trying to open a gate to the dimensional gap?" Akane who remained uninterested asked with a small bit of amusement.

"Hmm, and how the hell do you know that?" Cao Cao with his eyebrows raised asked.

"This is amusing, to think a human would actually be so insolent." Akane laughed one more time before her form began to change.

"Ophis, leave this one to me, they wanted a fight with me and I will give them one." When she finished speaking her original form was revealed stunning the group.

"HAHAHA, To think you would actually appear before me like this, Ophis as well. This. This is even better than planned, two birds with one stone." Cao with a grin on his face spoke.

Immediately he began his assault on Akane as his group was forced to follow along.

Akio seeing no one even paying him a mind just shrugged his shoulders before turning his attention to the chained fox.

With just a snap of his fingers, all her restraints were destroyed, and almost immediately she began charging a beam of energy before releasing it toward the group.

Akio seeing this sighed before blocking the attack.

"Sorry, I know you must be mad, but this is her fight," Akio spoke frankly.

"WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER?" The fox, also known as Yasaka screamed out in desperation as she looked around frantically, all other thoughts were completely out of her mind.

Akio with a sigh activated a barrier around Kyoto and instantly locked onto the small nine-tailed fox Youkai.

"Relax, I will bring her."

As soon as he finished speaking a small girl with golden blonde hair appeared in his arms. Her eyes were closed and scratches could be seen all over her face. Blood dyed her Miko outfit as an uncomfortable expression plagued her face.

Akio frowned seeing the injured girl.

As soon as Yasaka saw the girl she turned back to human form before rushing over.

"KUNOU!" She screamed with tears in her eyes as she took her daughter from Akio's hands.

"It will be okay," Akio spoke in a soothing tone before putting his hand on Kunou and casting regeneration magic.

Instantly all the girl's injuries disappeared and her eyelashes fluttered as her eyes opened revealing her golden pupils.

"Mother?" Those words were all Yasaka could take before she started bawling while cradling her daughter.

Akio on the other hand just sat there his frown growing more and more. He had grown to stop caring about people unrelated to him getting hurt.

Yet his rage only seemed to grow as he stared at the crying pair.

He wasn't oblivious to the reason either as he was pretty sure he knew why.

It only took a second to confirm those thoughts using his concept of fate.

He looked into the future of Kunou and saw her happily playing with Myu.

A look into Yasaka's future showed a ring on her finger as she stared at him lovingly.

As soon as his vision returned to reality his rage was already shown on his face.

'These fuckers just hurt my daughter and wife.'

Even if they weren't currently his family, even if he currently held no feelings toward any of them. He was furious that his future family was harmed without adequate reason, and that was something he would never tolerate.

(AN: This may seem inconsistent)

Activating his barrier once more Akio telepathically spoke to Akane, "Do not kill them."

Akane who heard the seriousness in his tone just mentally responded with an "understood" before sending the already beaten up group falling to the ground.

Most of them were unconscious as it seemed Akane had just been playing around the entire time.

"Hmph, so weak yet you actually thought to take me from my domain." Akane snorted before returning to human form and standing next to Ophis.

Cao Cao who was still conscious used a phenex tear repairing his body completely.

"Haha, well it still doesn't matter. The world favors me therefore I will ALWAYS WIN." Cao Cao shouted before summoning a large creature.

The creature had the upper body of a fallen and the lower body of a Chinese dragon. The creature was crucified on a cross and had a blindfold on his eyes.

(Be careful of that, the poison directly targets the soul and works especially well on dragons and snakes.)

Akio heard Ava warn him through his mind. He knew that his abnormal status immunity would completely cancel out the poison.

Ava wasn't speaking for his sake but Ophis and Akane's.

Cao Cao didn't waste any time as he immediately controlled Samael and made it shoot purple tentacles out to try and wrap around the two dragon gods.

Akane dodged the attack while Ophis just stood there clueless.

Just as the tentacle was about to wrap around her Akio made a barrier right in front of her.

The tentacle's poison immediately started working to destroy it.

Alas even if Akio was a dragon his magic wasn't all draconic and he could infinitely supply his barrier.

A second later Akio already put Samael in his entirety into his storage space.

Cao Cao stood in shock before his face morphed into anger unhappy that nothing was going away.

Sensing he was in trouble he immediately activated the artifact on his chest before calling out a name.

"Georg."

The artifact he activated was Medusa's eyes which came directly from Medusa herself and could supposedly turn anyone into stone.

Unfortunately, this is not at all what happened as all three Dragon Gods remained unaffected. Why would the curse of a weaker being have any sort of effect on them?

Cao Cao knew this as well however he thought it would be a good distraction.

His thoughts were seemingly right as a man appeared beside him and immediately purple mist started to envelop the group.

That is what should've happened but unfortunately, it didn't happen as just before Gerog could teleport them away Akio simply destroyed his soul and reclaimed the sacred gear that rightfully belonged to him as Heaven's new God.

Akio did the same to Cao Cao although he didn't kill him and only extracted his spear.

Seeing Akio hold the spear that should be rightfully his even more anger filled Cao Cao as he lunged at Akio.

"GIVE IT BACK!!"

Akio then proceeded to beat Cao Cao senseless with his own weapon leaving him unconscious.

His anger still not satisfied Akio with a grin opened a portal to Arcadio.

"Hey, Meiru, Ehit has another guest." With his words, it only took a second before Meiru hopped out with a sadistic grin ready to punish the fool who dared anger her lover.

Within minutes Cao Cao was prepped and sent off to his eternal suffering.

With a frown still on his face, Akio turned to the group Cao Cao had come with.

They were all completely loyal to Cao Cao therefore they wouldn't be spared.

"Ophis."

Ophis nodded at him before she yet again sent a beam of magic that completely destroyed the group killing them all instantly.

Akio had of course taken all the sacred gears from their souls and put them in his inventory.

"Will you try to avenge them?" Akio spoke aloud to the man who had been watching them starting from a few moments ago.

"Their fate was because of their negligence, besides what can an old geezer like me do." The man who was Sun Wukong spoke with a sigh.

Learning his position Akio didn't pay any more attention to the old man as he cast regeneration magic and repairing Kyoto completely.

He then walked over to the two nine tails Youkai.

"I apologize I didn't allow you to attack them," Akio spoke with a soft tone.

"No, what you have done for me is more than enough. Thank you I am eternally grateful."

Akio talked with Yasaka for a bit before he decided to come back after he was finished with the remainder of the Khaos Brigade.

He decided he would have his date with the two here and told Yasaka of that. She was more than happy to comply and act as a tour guide for them why they returned.

Like that Akio and his group left to exterminate the last remaining rats.
