42: One week

"So where was I? Yes, the different shackles represent the different parts of the body which are suited for the cultivation of the spirit but have been blocked because of the mortal air in the environment. These air cannot be said toxic itself, but it consists of the worldly matter which blocks our future path." the elder explained.

"Sir, so what can we do to break the shackles?" asked a boy who was very likely from a mortal family.

"Cultivating on a manual and pills are what will help increase the spirit energy in your body and speed up the process of breaking the shackle. These are the two methods which you can use to break the shackles in your body.

Many of you may think that body cultivation costs too much energy, time and effort still the results are very low but only those cultivators which have high body realm can show you the benefits, as they can even recover from injuries that may kill someone a realm above them in spiritual cultivation, the stamina of the body can help you fight longer and it also contains high defensive characteristic.

After achieving this the lecture on the basic of cultivation continued, he continued on his lecture on various basic topics, which have to be understood in the academy.

These topics had already been thought to him by Vanessa, so he didn't have to listen to them, too much.

While everybody was thinking and listening to what the Elder was saying he was looking at the holographic human body and slowly adjusting his knowledge on the body according to it.

Even though the manual showed the body cultivation routes the Hologram showed them more appropriately, this helped him to understand what necessary aspects to be taken into account for the sixth stage of his body cultivation.

While he was focusing on the holographic image the Elder had already completed his lecture,

For the next week, there will be various lectures such as the basics of demonic Beast, the basics of alchemy the basics of Talisman making and various other important topics in this one week. We will teach you about the basics so that you can understand which path to take after that one week period of study.

You will be given the chance to go and select your manuals in the cultivation manual Tower and start your cultivation after this week." After completing his speech elder went out of the class.

After he went out the students in the class started talking to each other but Knave didn't even consider talking to them, as he didn't have much interest in interacting with them.

Most of these kids would have come from the cultivation clans, so they would have a self-centred personality around them.
