A spider's web, it can be used for many things, as traps, as armor, as a weapon, and many other things depending on how creative one can be.
Sciens was a hollow whose first ability that can be used to protect himself was a spider's web, with thousands of years under his belt of refining his webbing arts he had more than just a few tricks with his spinnerets!
The angry hollow already began the spread of his web, as originally he nearly fired a gran rey cero from his burning fury that nearly made him lose control completely, but he wanted to make sure that the humans will survive.
which is why he was doing the more meticulous, yes there would more deaths thanks to this but compared to the other scenarios the losses will be less.
As the method Sciens chose was to cover his web with his reiatsu, this clumsy way of attack was due to lack of 'eyes', lack of time, lack of preparation, however, the effects that were to come was always p̴̨̢̮̰͇̳͔̩̩̰͇͉̎̽̉̍͝ͅl̶̛̛͎̺̈̋̀̔̈́̆́̚̕͝͠e̸̢̢͉͉͕͚̥̣̘͕̩̬͇̾ǻ̵̢̛̟̟̻͚̪̲̼́̃̎͛̒̄̅͒̈̑̈̏ş̸͔̭̳͈͎̾ͅả̶̧̢̲̭̺̮̠͍̤͚͕̦͈̉͂̀̐͋͛̄͋̇̉͝͠ͅņ̶͇͓̠̜͓͒̑̔̑͋̈́̑͜t̵̪͓͉̳͇͚̹̣̟̗̎͜ ̸̧̨͎̺͕̲̤̂̏͜t̵̝̀͆o̷̡͓͉̰̤̗̗̥̜̻̟͗̅̒͆͌̄̀̓̓̔̃̈́̉̕͝ ̶̻̰͕̻̖͌̆͗̒̔́̓́̇͋̓̒̀ͅw̸̧̛̰̲̪̱̮̮̯͕̱̓̈́ͅḁ̴̧̼͈̈t̵̢͙̑̽̈͛͂͆́͊c̷͉̩̫̳̔͑̓h̵̢̙͎̙̼̺͇͓̬͇̪̘͂̄̔̑̽̅͛̚͜͠ͅͅ~̵̢̢̖̟̝͈̮̥̜͕̺̀̐̍

The 11,276 ogres, at this campsite, were having the time of their lives.
compared to the desolate world that they came from, there was no lack of food here, the humans here were incredibly weaker than the constant adventurers they had to deal with, and on top of that, many of them managed to have a taste of a child's tender flesh and crunchy bones!
they were given a chance, to have a new home so any of the inhabitants will either be exterminated or enslaved!
Of course, there will be enslavement!
Because if they don't do so, they won't be able to enjoy such tasty snacks~
Regardless of what monster it was, the tenderness of a young human's flesh was always a delicacy that was hard to ignore, and this time they managed to gather over a thousand humans from buildings where many of the children wore the same clothes.
while there were some trades with the nearby tribe of hobgoblins, in exchange for good-looking and 'usable' humans to enjoy it was only a matter of time before another war will occur between them again despite the truce.
only one species of monsters will own this world and the ogres certainly had the power to do so it was just that eversince that strange building in the distance gained some kind of dome around it a good number of their scouts had gone missing, and many of the humans, that should've died already had retreated to the said building.
The ogres returned to trying to enjoy themselves, from either violating the barely alive human women, to consuming the useless ones.
But, something strange started to occur as many of them started to feel weak and helpless, with every breath and movement they made, their bodies began to feel heavy and numb, thanks to their natural resilience and not to mention LARGE BODIES, the amount of poison that they had absorbed into their robust bodies where enough to immobilize ten elephants!
unlike the humans who were either locked in cages or dead from being raped too much as their third legs were thicker than a log so one can easily imagine the endings of the unlucky males or females that were chosen for this.
the culprit of this ever so slowly raised his hand as each Ogre felt something constrict their necks, Sciens wanted them to feel despair, as the constricting feeling only grew tighter and their paralyzed bodies were unable to do anything.
Was this cruel?
Yes from one perspective.
did Sciens enjoy this?
No, he did not.
this was the natural way of life since he was strong enough, the hollow can do as he pleased even if it meant wiping out a whole race by simply 'raising' his hand to the sky, but his job isn't done, thanks to the tenacity of an ogre this only served to prolong the asphyxiation they were forced to endure.
some were incredibly powerful, some were weaker than a menos (lesser subspecies of a hollow), but no matter, each slowly fell to the tightening web that siphoned away their strength the longer it was latched on to them.
One of the more powerful ogres, expanded in size roaring out indignantly but sadly for the said monster, it lacked even the minimum reiatsu to even touch the web that was moments away from ending its life, much less to destroy it.
the ogre currently rivaled the size of a 6 floored building both by height and width!
but even then, that was useless against the ruthless means of Sciens that was already preparing a cero should the Large ogre attempt a rampage.
the hollow looked coldly at the ogre that was already scratching its neck bloody from trying to remove whatever was strangling it, but alas, with each death of its comrades, the siphoning feeling grew in power as their strength left them even faster to the point that even without the restricting feeling around their neck it was becoming more and more difficult to breathe as time passed!
Its futile struggles were commendable,, however, it still died the same way as the others.
The three kinds of poisons that Sciens added to his 'invisible' web were paralytic, weakening, then finally to speed up the process and their perception neurotic, these three effects can stack upon each other, as well as on themselves the more exposed the victim is to these poisons as the potency increases thanks to his reiatsu.
so with the three effects in mind and the 10 others should the victims manage to resist this, it was like a never-ending loop that no victim can escape from.
All of the ogres now laid dead, and to ensure that none of them were faking it, Sciens fully raised his hand, as all of the ogres that had web wrapped around their necks all had their heads cut off~
Sciens inhaled all of the black wisps that they left, remnants of their souls, that will now be a part of this hollow, as his eyes shifted to the hobgoblins campsite, the surviving humans were all released with a piece of paper that told them to head to the final standing building in this ruins of a city they were not his responsibility at the moment, as right now the number of humans left from the original over a thousand was less than three hundred.
The monsters truly treated them as livestock that they can do as they pleased. this reminded Sciens of a hollow that proclaimed himself as a king of Hueco Mundo more than once and the lives of the weaker ones under his rule.
But the dumbest thing happened with the humans, they had split into three groups, one headed to where he recommended, one wanted to have revenge despite their meager strength and lack of supplies, then the last one that was probably the most foolish of the three they wanted to leave these ruins to a 'safer' place.
As for why he knew this, Sciens was close enough to hear it all, while he cared for the children the hollow respected their choices even if it meant their deaths, he was a Hollow so he'd do what he could, nothing more than that, but he was certainly curious as to where the veterans would go.
However, let us return to the point at hand once Sciens's had assigned an 'eye' to watch over each of the groups, the Arrancar made his way to the next campsite with another vicious way to make them suffer as they died ever so slowly as he wanted to test out his other abilities rather than just web and poison~
