Chapter 7: Mio Naruse

"What's wrong Issei?"

Lucias asked as he sat down on his desk while looking at Issei sloppily grinning by himself on his desk.

"Hehehe~ I finally got a girlfriend, Lucias"

Issei said, leaning closer to Lucias with a joyful smile on his face.

"Good for you, Issei"

Lucias smiled at him as he patted his shoulder, congratulating him from his achievement.

"Thanks Lucias, and here I thought you were an asshole yesterday, by I guess you're a pretty cool guy"

"... I-Is that so? Thank you for the compliment, I guess"

He says with twitching lips from how blunt he is about his opinion on him, but decided to let it slide as he is just nothing more than a human.

But the girls said so otherwise as all of them glared at Issei's direction with bloodlust visible in their eyes, causing him to signal all of them to calm their emotions down.

[Lucias-sama, we might have a little problem]

The voice of Sephie echoed in his invisible earpiece causing him to adapt a serious expression on his face before bowing his head on the table to hide his expression.

Issei who saw his actions look at him with a confused expression on his face before reaching out his hand to ask him what's wrong.

"... Nothing, I just suddenly felt nauseous, but I should be alright, thanks for your concern Issei"

"Should I guide you to the infirmary?"

Issei asked with a worried expression on his face as he held his shoulder.

"Thank you for your offer... but I can go there by myself, just tell the teacher about my condition"

Lucias waved his hand at him before walking out of the room, passing by the girls who gazed at him with a serious expression on their faces.

"I'll do this myself so, just stay here"

Lucias whispered in a quiet voice causing all of them to nod their head before removing their gazes at him, returning back to their conversations from before.

"What's wrong?"

Lucias pressed the earpiece before asking his questions, walking towards an empty spot and teleporting at the forest close to the occult research club building.

[... We found Lucifer's niece, Mio Naruse in Kuoh along with a succubus, but... Devils from the Old Satan Faction and a few fallen angels are watching them. We already sent backup but many of our members who can use the teleportation skill are currently in Grigori]

"How strong are their pursuers?"

Lucias asked before summoning both Est and Restia beside him while wearing a large robe over his body.

[Most of them are low-class devils, and they only have a few high class devils in their ranks. The fallen angels are relatively weak with only 5 of them having 3 pairs of wings]

"That's good enough, send me their location and I'll immediately ran towards them"

[Affirmative]

Sephie answered before sending an address just close to the Academy to him as Lucias looked at his two spirits by his side.

"Sorry about suddenly calling both of you so suddenly"

Lucias muttered before gently holding both of their hands as his thin cape fluttered through the strong wind of the forest.

"It's only natural for us to serve you, Lucias"

Restia said before transforming into a black sword with red trimmings on the edge and purple additions along the center of the blade.

"Sleep with me, tonight, Lucias"

Est says in a calm and monotonous voice before transforming herself into a straight sword with a silvery blade that has turquoise and gold trimmings along with a golden hilt and cross guard with a turquoise gem at its hilt.

[It's been a while 2 years since you last used us, Lucias]

Restia's voice echoed inside his head as he placed both of them on his waist before covering both of them with his robe.

"Sorry about that, I'll make it up to you in the future"

Lucias says before disappearing from his spot as he ran towards the location given to him by Sephie at extreme speed that is impossible to see using the naked eye.

"I hope I'm not too late"

Lucias muttered before dashing towards a house as silently as possible, trying to locate each and every one of the enemies surrounding the house.

"... At least a hundred, but for them to do this in broad daylight... Is it to limit the actions of their rescuers or... they're just not using they're brains that much"

Lucias muttered before entering the house using his teleportation skill without hesitation as the hood covered his facial features.

"Who are you?"

A young woman with a large scar just below her right eye immediately dashed at him, pointing the large sword on his neck with a large frown visible on her face.

"I'm here to help you out..."

Lucias calmly said, unfazed by the blade pointed at his throat as he gazed at the other 2 girls inside the room.

"Why would we believe you?"

The woman asked as she tightened her grip on her sword while releasing her killing intent to pressure the man in front of them.

"... Don't worry"

Lucias muttered before releasing his own killing intent around the room, killing intent that he gathered through the countless battles and war he experienced during his journey in the past, suffocating all of them while pressing their body to the ground from the intense pressure brought by his killing intent.

"If I wanted to kill any of you..."

Lucias whispered under his breath before squatting down to meet the woman's eye kneeling on the ground as he lifted her chin with his right hand.

"... you wouldn't even know what killed you"

Lucias retracted his killing intent, removing the pressure placed on the 3 girls inside the house.

"I told you I came here to help you... but I guess I'm quite proud by your cautiouness"

"... Who are you?"

A beautiful girl with long crimson hair that reaches her waist and pink eyes asked as she cautiously stared at him with fear visible in her eyes.

"You can say that... I'm your uncle Mio"

Lucias grinned before removing the hood from his head, revealing a handsome young man with short golden hair and sharp golden eyes.

"U-Uncle?"

Mio stuttered as she asked in shock, staring at him with a dumbfounded expression on her face just like the liver haired succubus on her side.

"Y-you're a relative of W-Wilbert-sama?"

"Hmm... How to say this, I'm the fiancée of his sister, the original Lucifer"

"W-wha-"

"Calm down, succubus"

Lucias said before covering her mouth, detecting that the figures outside are walking closer to the house.

"We're surrounded"

The woman with a large scar on her face said with a serious expression on her face while brandishing the sword in her hand.

"Took you long enough to notice..."

"... You know them?"

The woman asked as she turned her head to look at Lucias.

"You could say that, they are the beings that wants Mio, especially her powers"

Lucias answered as he held both of his sword in his hands with a casual expression on his face.

"Well, they've been a pain in the ass to us for the past few years so I guess it's time to give them a little warning"

"What are you planning?"

The woman asked as she watched Lucias casually walk towards the door of the house.

"... Kill them"

He muttered before dodging a powerful slash below him by jumping up, shocking all of them by his incredible reflexes.

"Quite impatient aren't we?"

Lucias slashed his demonic sword at swiftly at his neck, beheading the devil in a split second as his blood scattered on the walls of the house.

"..."

"Sorry about that, I'll pay for the repairs of your house or you can just live at mine"

Lucias grinned at them before covering both of his swords with hellfire, swinging it at the large group of devils charging towards them at full speed, burning them all to cinders as Lucias placed his hand on the wall, covering the entire house with crimson ice to protect them from any attacks on all sides.

"Nevermind, just live with me at my house"

He said before freezing the broken entrance with crimson ice, blocking all routes that their enemies can take to enter the house.

"... Why can't you just get rid of them yourself?"

The woman asked as she stared at the frozen entrance of her house.

"Most of my attacks are pretty destructive, and it will attract the attention of normal civilians since it's in broad daylight... Even though I can kill them one by one with my sword, that'll leave you girls vulnerable to their attacks"

Lucias answered as he sat down on the cold floor of the house.

"... Are we stuck here until night?"

"No, we have backup coming towards this place to clean them up..."

Lucias said while using [Eyes of God] to see the current state of her soul with a large frown on his face.

"... A master and servant pact, huh? For the daughter of the great demon lord to fall this far"

Lucias whispered under his breath as he stared at Mio with his golden pupils with a serious expression on his face.

"I doubt Lucifer will be happy that her own niece is the servant of a human like her"

He sighed before standing up from the ground, walking towards Mio while removing the robe on his body.

"W-what are you doing?"

The succubus nervously asked as she shielded her with her own body from him.

"Don't worry, I won't hurt her"

Lucias patted her head before pulling her towards his side as he covered Mio's body with his robe.

"I know it's cold so just keep that on your body to stay warm, help will arrive after a few hours"

Lucias said before placing his hand on top of her forehead.

"But first, let me break this pesky pact of yours"

He injected his mana into her spirit circuit to manually break the connection between her and the woman's magic circuit, but to his surprise, he was rejected causing his entire hand to burn from the backlash of forcefully injecting his mana into hers.

"So he did give you every bit of his power before he passed away"

Lucias muttered before pulling her waist close to his embrace.

"W-What are you doing!?"

"I need to break it via absorption instead if I can't break it manually"

Lucias muttered before giving her a deep kiss on her lips, catching her by surprise as she tried to free himself from his embrace.

"M-Mnn!!"

"LET GO OF MIO-SAMA!!"

Maria shouted before casting a spell towards him but was stopped by the woman who held her shoulder to stop her.

"BASARA!!! LET GO OF ME!!"

"Calm down, his trying to break the pact"

"H-Huh?"

Maria stared at her confused about her words but Basara ignored her and stared at Lucias who was kissing Mio with a serious expression on his face from feeling a strange vibrations between the connection between her and Mio.

"Mn..."

Mio stopped resisting as her body melted from his kiss, causing her to dazedly stare at him before closing her eyes to enjoy his lips while wrapping her arms around his neck.

The string of notifications rang inside his mind as he wrapped her arms around her hips, absorbing the last drop of the connected magic circuit inside of her.

"... Thanks for the help, Mio"

Lucias whispered in her ears as he separated himself from their kiss while she dazedly stared at him with lustful eyes.

"Hmm... So this is what the maxed proficiency of seduction and kissing looks like"

An unknown soft and feminine voice whispered inside his head, causing him to question who the voice was but was snapped out of his daze when Mio soft called his name.

"Lucias..."

"What?"

Lucias asked as she smiled at her, but was caught in surprise when Mio pulled his head closer to kiss him, forcibly trying to place her soft tongue inside his mouth causing Lucias to frown at her before trying to push her away to stop the kiss.

"Mnn"

Mio didn't stop causing Lucias to try and use paralyze or sleep at her to knock her out but was shocked by the sudden notification that rang inside his head.

Lucias muttered in shock from what he just read as the 'creator' he knew would never do such a thing no matter what.

"Sorry about this, Lucias Frey, but... this will be a test for the 'creator'... so procreate with this woman"

A soft and feminine voice echoed inside his mind, confusing him from her words.

"...Test... I don't th-"

"... Endure it, 'creator'. You'll need this in the future once father is equal to you... do you want him to leave you!?"
