Chapter 9

It's already been one hell of a week this is.. I've lost my Uncle this week, almost got killed by a Vampire. And now he's my ally, its only been an hour since Radimir became my ally and yet I feel like I wasn't alone in this town.

He showed me his House which is not that far away from mine, its just across the street. The Old man whom he killed when he was still controlled by Lord Axsel's follower, was buried far away from the Town, where no one can find the poor man's body.

He was deeply mourned the old man, he was devastated, angry and yet horrified to see what he's capable of. He gave the old man a beautiful flower at the place where we buried him down. It was beautiful to see. How he regrets everything that he had done.

But we're sure that the Demon who puts that insect unto Radimir's ears to mind control him, has the power of controlling small demonic insects in which he could possibly use tp protect himself by covering his entire body with those insects basically making an Insect armor or it can be use to kill by controlling the insects to feast on a Human body.

But whatever lies in this town, I am ready to face it. Now.. everything seems to be fine, it was been a quiet day. I am hungry. So I went outside to grab a food to a restaurant just right about across the street.

I was walking down the street peacefully all by myself. And nothing else on the street but cars and other citizens who lives by the town, and nothing more. It really is a peaceful town, my Uncle was right.

And yet within those peaceful I know there is something evil that lies within The Town of Dawnburry. I could feel it. Right in my own nerves as if its warning me something is not quite right around me.

But I have to be prepared as always and yet act normal.

I live alone now, with only one friend I could trust on. And no one else. But whoever comes in right now to my life, I'll make you sure I'll greet him the way I did with Radimir.

I continued to walk across the sidewalks of the town to buy some food at the nearest Restaurant in the town. "Enrico's Red Chicken" the name of the restaurant and I gotta say it got some kicks on the name itself.

My stomach is crumbling in hunger all I want is to eat now and buy whatever I want in this restaurant. As I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted by two wonderful people inside. Both Waiters and Workers on the restaurant.

They have that very infections smile on their faces that I can't help but to feel to smile again. The Waiter on my right immediately asked me, "Are you going to order a food here, sir?"

"Yes of course." I answered back with such a excitement into my voice to eat a damn food today. And the guy on my left finally speaks after smiling at me for an entire thirty seconds straight.

"What do you want for your lunch, sir?" The Waiter on my left asked me kindly as he pulls out a piece of paper out of his pocket and a pen. He started writing down my orders after that I waited at a clean white chair inside of the restaurant.

And the out of nowhere.. A man appears in front of me while I look outside of the window, admiring the people casually living normal in the town. The way he moves as if he doesn't know where he's going or doing. I couldn't understand what the hell is happening with this man.

The way he looks at me, that unspeakable confusion on his face. Could this man Lost or something? His clothes are all ripped out, white baggy long sleeves shirt, ripped out. And his white skinny pants are also ripped and it looks like it has a fresh and bleeding wound on the left leg of this Stranger.

At first I was shocked to see this man just randomly appears out of nowhere. No one seemed to be noticing him, as if he was never there.. What is this man? Is he a Demon? Perhaps a Sorcerer like me?

I senses something bad is going to happen here.

I lean back to the table to ask him a question. "Umm.. Can I help you?" I kindly asked him, I softened my voice so he wouldn't think I'm some kind of a threat to him.

But he just gave me another confusion glare on his eyes.

"Where am I, sir? C- can you help me?" Yep.. He's definitely lost. And it looks like he is also wearing a some kind of a lighter grey hat on his head with a symbol of a round circle formed in the center of his hat.

With a name "Tim" on the middle of the Circle, inside of it. And his hair is all messed up, and dirty with a leaf on his hair. Although his face and his hands are clean but his entire clothes and his hair are obviously not CLEAN like his face and his hands are.

He then sat down in front of me, with his eyes all around the room just strangely looking around like a lost dog or something.

"..you seem lost, sir." I said to him while he just stares back at my eyes.

"Umm.. I think I am LOST, sir.. And how come I don't- wait.. What's the name of this place again? Dammit.. Forgot to read the name of it on my way in! Fuck!-- but do you know my name?- no of course you wouldn't.. But what's your name?" I began to look as lost as he is right now. The real question right now is.. What The Hell Is This Man?

"I think you have amnesia. You know what Amnesia is?" I asked again to him, hoping that he wouldn't properly and he would just say that he doesn't know or he doesn't remember anything.

"Oh my god-- I actually do know that word.. How strange of that.. Wait is that the one where you can't remember anything, right?" He answered back, the way his body moves is interesting as if he is really skilled at talking to other people like this.. I wonder if he's just manipulating me.

"Yes that's the one. So you REALLY don't know your name, sir? Like no? Nothing? What about your house? You must remember something about those things." Why am I asking this? I'm such a fool of course he doesn't remember anything, dumbass. What is wrong with me today.

And then The Waiter finally arrives at the table, with a bag full of foods inside. I am worried that this man is going to steal or just straight up eat my god damn food. So I immediately grabbed the bag from his hand and quickly pays for it with a right amount of price.

"Oh, is this your companion sir?" The Waiter notices the Man sitting across the table. So he's not invisible to the eyes of others. That's just my theory at first, but now its clear.

I stares back at the waiter and lyingly answers, "Yes.."

And so I took a quick look at my bag to make sure I got the right order. And I did. Two burgers, the other one is a cheese burger and the one is extra vegetables Burger, a very healthy one by the way. And Chicken and Rice.

"Woah.. What is that dude?! Is that food?! Gosh I'm so hungry right now and I don't know why.. What is happening to me? My stomach is like shaking-- oh wait of course I'm hungry what the hell am I saying.

But would you mind giving me some of those, please? I'm so fucking HUNGRRRYYY!" The words on this guy, jeez. Although he looks like as if he's around my age. I guess its normal for teenagers like me to swear like that but I don't.

"Okay.. Sure why not." I give the amnesia man my second cheese burger on the bag while I just casually eats mine in front of him. But this burger has vegetables on it.

"WOW-- THIS IS SO GOOOOOOD!! WHAT IS THIS THING CALLED?! OH MY GOD.. THE CHEESE IS SO GOOD-- wait did I just say Cheese? What even is that thing? I DON'T CARE THIS FOOD IS SOOO GOOOD!!" He ate the whole thing so fast that I didn't even had a time to eat mine properly.

But whoever this man is.. I am sure he's not here to harm me or anyone else on this town.

He could be an ally to us, but we will see about that once I've knew him properly.
