Chapter 23 - The Unexpected Visitors

Third Person's POV

After the dance, Demian immediately invited Ashleigh to come with him to introduce her to his parents and to the king and queen of Lunaria. At first, Ashleigh was still skeptical that she might not be liked by the prince's family. But when the prince smiled at her, so she could do nothing but give in and just follow it.

As they approached, his parents immediately stared at her. especially the king and queen of Lunaria. As soon as she approached, Ashleigh immediately paid tribute to the royalties by greeting them and curtsying in front of them.

They just stared at her silently as did the king and queen of Lunaria. In her mind, she seemed just embarrassed by what she did. she remained silent as she looked down. Demian seemed to notice this so he immediately broke the silence.

"I am happy and you have attended this celebration, Queen Felicia and King Ashton." smiling Demian said to them.
