Spring Break, here we come

Now the cat was out of the bag with Maverick and Larkin. Things returned to normal. They still had their issues, but they were their issues.

Major was still dealing with Luna. It was getting to the point things weren’t good between them. They say love does not run smoothly. In their case, it was rocky.

Mia and Lakin were still going at it like cats and dogs and not in the arguing sense. I swear those two get unholier every day.

Lex and Piper were the only ones out of us who knew what they wanted. Lex always did. He let his shyness stop him.

As for Michael and me, things were fantastic. We understood many things, like the fact I hated he had grown a beard.

/"Shave it,/" I said, holding out a razor.

/"Why?/"

/"Because I don’t like it./"

/"That isn’t a reason, Lyric. It would help if you had a valid argument about getting what you want. That is not a valid argument./"
