Chapter 1; introduction

The past 6 months have been a blessing for Mokland, and me. I found the man of my dreams, and I never had been so happy. James was very sweet and kind to me, and I loved him ever since that night at the bachelorette party. Also, the palace was renovated, and it looked more beautiful than ever, with polishing floors, and a comfortable smell. The town of Mokland itself has been doing a lot better, since the former queen had been impeached. People were happy, and families were joyful, with children getting along with each other. I heard that the king had recently rented a spacious yet comfortable condo in Duchess, 30 miles from Mokland. The former king didn't have to work too much, and he felt less stressed. The justice system is doing a lot better, since Serena had campaigned on better police training, so they can handle crimes well. Most importantly, my siblings are feeling comfortable and happy since the old queen isn't there anymore to be cruel to them. Mokland is finally the promised town.
