The Godly Demon

A story where all the odds were defeated and all the problems were beaten to death. The mc of our book is not a hero nor a devil. He is the average person you see everyday. But time changed him to something you never imagined.

This is where it all started.

A cold night, everyone was sleeping while a boy was walking on the road alone with tears on his eyes, not because anything happened but because of his failures and he was not able to protect his loved ones.

He didn't kill anyone but his hands were bloody. The one he loved was killed by the thieves on the street when he went to buy a ice-cream for her. He could not save her, so he blame himself for not taking her with him to the store. He lover her dearly and she loved him more than anything. Still she had to die. His mother was dead because of a car accident to save him. His father was never there as long as he remember. He lost both of his support at the same time. How could he still live happily.

He was not a weak guy, he was not afraid, he was just tired of losing and running. He was fighting against the gods who chose to curse his Life. He wish he could turn back the time and save them all. He wish he was strong enough to alter their fate. He knew he could not do anything. So he chose to drive away all the bad people, but little did he know what will happen in future will change his life for eternity.

Many days passed since those moments. He was trying to make his life useful. Now he passes his time by helping old and needy people. He joined a hiking group. He has a decent job and he lives alone in a one small apartment. Few days ago he and some of his mates made a plan to cross one of the most dangerous mountain they ever heard off and although he didn't agree at first but later beacuse of a girl he still agreed.

Today he was packing things to go there. The group consists of 6 people. Four girls and two boys. They all reached the selected place and started the journey. The mountain was very dense and one could not see properly after entering the mountain. So they all had flares and were together. It was winter, so its very cold at night. Because of walking the whole day and finding foods for them, they couldn't ignite fire.

So including him and a girl of the group was trying to start fire and they need some dry wood to do that. So both of them was looking for woods while others are trying to fix the tent and doing other things. He knows the girl for a long time. Her name was yao yuriko. They have travelled together few times and also they are colleagues. In his eyes the girl was very beautiful and gentle. Although she looks cute when she is angry but she doesn't get angry with him at all.

They were quite close friends, maybe she was the only friend he got. While they are trying to find some dry woods they actually walked far from their tent. Finally they found some woods near a cliff. As the cliff is very dangerous they made some arrangements.

He will pick up the wood and pass it to her and she will also look out for animals. So he started to pick the woods and pass them to her. But an accident happened. While he was passing one of the woods she tripped over and fall. To save her he picked one of her hand somehow. But it wasn't enough. He lost his grip and she fall down.

without thinking he jumped. He was thinking to save her at any cost that he couldn't think what he should do. But the gods above was thinking something else for him. He reached the girl and both were holding hands. They didn't know for how long they were falling as it was a moment when the brain was desperately looking for options. He hugged her to save her. Finally his mind went blank and he heard a sound.

He wakes up in a dark room and found that the room was quite old fashioned. But he didn't understand how can he see in the dark. He remembered the incident and as he thought about it, he remembered that he touched a strange thing while he was falling. In his view he saw someone and touched his hand the last moment. He knew It was not yuers' hand as she was in his arms . He is our protagonist Fu Xiang, the best gentleman one can find.
