Chapter 103 The D Day

I don’t blame you, all because

you have a good wife, how will

you know how to deal with women.

     "If I were you, I will learn to treat

 them well, and then, they might

even make me rich one day."

     "You don’t know what you are

saying, these women I see here,

they are killer disease," hahaha

 they both laugh.

    Ken and Peter eat the food and

 were so surprise it taste really

good.

     "Yea, that is why I want both of

us to eat it so will can die together"

 peter said.

     "Yea, what a friends for Ken ask.

Let’s just end this" they eat every

food on the table.

    "Are you serious?, they are asking

 for more", they second woman said.

     "Just give it to them because

of that good and kind hearted

young man, but if is for that

 ungrateful idiot call my husband,

he would have rot in hell."

    They brought more food and they

finished it.

Ken went home full.

    "What did you guys eat that you

are so full?" Gina ask

      "How did you know?"

    "I can see your tommy all swollen".

     Ken turn to look at his tommy

 for the first time.

    "You can’t believe what I saw."

    "What did you see?"

      "Peter and his wives, there is

 going to be a shown down.

His wives have team up to surprise

him and he is afraid of them."

     "Why?"

    "They clean the house and cook

for him with their own money and

 treat him like a king but he was

 afraid of their kindness because

 to peter women cannot live in one

 place and have peace."

    "Really? He must be an idiot."

    Ken looked at his wife.

    "Yea, why will he say something

like that."

     "You don’t have to call him an

 idiot," ken said.

    "What will you have me call him.?"

     "Well, I don’t know but I think you

are right". Ken agreed with his wife.

    "Good, since you know that your

friend is an idiot can we go and eat"?

    "No, I have eating so much today,

later, I need to rest,"  he put on the TV

to hear the new, and there the lawyer

and Mr. abiodu are in the news

as the new owners of Jack oil

and exploration company.

    "Those criminal, he murmured and

 took the remote to change the

channel but pause when he saw

 Benson on the news threatening

 fire and Brimstone at the lawyer

 and Mr. Abiodu.

     "Gina.. Ginaaa.. Love… he call

his wife.

     "What is it, do you want me to

fall down? Calling me like that, I

almost hit my leg somewhere."

    "Am sorry but you need to see

 this."

    "Who is he?"

     "The man who gang up with the

lawyer and Mr. Abiodu to take

everything from us."

    "What is he saying."

    "Is like they have betray him and

now he is crying foul."

    "Server’s him right, let him have

a taste of his own medicine"

. Gina said.

           "Has Ben told you how the site

 is going? I need that hotel to start

 before this mouth end". Ken ask.

    "I’ve not seen him for two days

 now" Gina said.

    "I need to go and see things for

 myself."

   "Ok,  that will be lovely."

    Ken set out to see how the Hotel

building is doing.

Ben is on site giving orders and so

serious about work, he promise

 his wife to bring back the Jacksons

back to their formal glory and that

is what he is going to do, he is going

 to show the Abiodu and that

 stupid lawyer that they can raise

 again.

    "Hey.. Ben how are you doing?

Sorry I couldn’t come because

of my friend’s wedding".

    "Yea, I heard he made a big show,

that friend of your is something else."

    "So you heard about it?"

    "Yea, but am good here work is

going fine, before the year ends we

 are going to set up everything."

   "Yea, I think so."

    "But we need more money ken,

why are you holding this money

 so tight? I don’t even know how

 much this money it."

    "That is because the money is

 mine and not for everyone, ken

 said I only  promise father to carry

everyone along, so give me some

 credit."

    "Is ok, just do want you like but

please stop parading yourself

here as the boss, am only helping out.

Ben said hating the fact that he

 has to work for ken."

    "Ken just laugh, don’t worry about

that, at least I don’t use to show

myself like you."

    "Whatever, just wire me money

 for my up keep".

    "No problems, ken took out his

phone and wire ben enough money

 to make him happy."

    "Hmmm.. how much did father

 really gave to him, he is just using

 money like water, me, a whole

me don’t money to throw around,

no probs, if not that I like hotel

business, I wouldn’t have been

here."

    Ben manage to finish the building

 and they start putting things in

order, then the D day arrival for the

opening of the hotel.

Everyone  they knew was invited

including the who is who, some

people just came to see if it was true

 that the Jackson’s are back on their

feet.

    "Heyy… how are you ken", one of

 the top women their father use to

 work with hurried to ken.

    "Welcome ma’am, we are glad to

 have you."

smiling.

 father, I knew it will be like this, I

 always have confidence in you

 boys even when you were small."

    "Really? Ken ask smiling, thanks

 for believing in us, and I promise

 to always serve you better anytime

you come to the hotel."

    "Definitely, I will be first to patronize

 you."

    "Thank  you ma’am, come this way,

ken took her to the VIP lounge  and

show her around, we always reserve

the best for our highly profile

customers like you."

    "Hmm, I see, you have start

marketing."

    Hahaha ken laugh.

    "That is a good one, she said, but

what if I tell you that we can be

 partners, just like your father, though

 he did not gave me too many chances,

I believe that his son will be kind

 enough to do business with me."

    "What? Ken ask in surprise,

partner with you in hotel business?"

    "Yea, why not, hotel business

 is the cash cow of the economy

 as we speak, if you partner with

 me now, we can take this business

to places, just think about it" she

 said and walk away.

    "What? Partnership with her?

Mrs. Bobmmanuel can’t be serious,

she is one of the most respected

 and powerful woman in town, why

will she wants to invest in hotel

 business?"

Ken walk away to attend to some

 other guest, but the woman’s eyes

 where always following Ken to see

if he was getting a proposal from

 another person.

           "I just hope he accept my

proposal because am seeing that

son of the devil hovering around him."

Ken couldn't take his mind of the

proposal, it would be nice to

 expand the business but we are

 just starting, I need to be more

careful this time."

    "Hello, excuse me sir, the lady

over there wants to speak with you."

Ken look at her but didn’t

recognized her.

She look so beautiful like the

 morning sun, he walk towards her.

    "Hello, nice hotel."

    "Thanks, glad you like it."

    "Yea, not bad."

   "Wowww. It means your taste

 is very high." Ken said.

    "Not really, but I think I like you."

    "Wow, thanks am honored."

    "Can we hang out sometimes".

    "It depends, am married". Ken made

 sure to set the records straight.

    "Oh.. congrat"

    "Thanks, you need anything?"

    "No am cool, but I will still like

 us to chat" the lady said.

    "Ok, no problem."

    "This is my card" she gave Ken her

card and walk away.

    "Hey.. Gina tap ken, how is it going,

am so exhausted there are lots of

 people to serve where did they

all come from?"

    "I don’t know, but I have a feeling

that this is going to work."

    "Yea, me too, who was that? Gina

suddenly ask.

    "Who?"

   "The lady and what did she gave you.?

    "Oh.. nothing she was just

returning something to me."

    "Oh.. ok see you later she dash

out again, she was so busy to

notice anything, she likes the fact

that most of the people here are

of high class and well to do, I think

we are going to make a name for

ourselves."

    Ben and Miriam where so busy

 also, it seem the family has find

 what they love to do, everyone’s

heart is in this business but Ken

has had enough for today.

He start walking towards his

office, he was planning to lock

himself there for the rest of the

occasion because he did not want

anything that will bring problem

 between his wife and him.

Just ask he was about opening his

office the lady met him again.

    "Heyy.. going somewhere.?"

    "Yea, what are you doing here?

, did you lost your way?" Ken ask.

    "No, I have been following you".
