Two days after the incident, the City of the West started vibrating due to heavy movements approaching, the Emins had arrived. The King himself led the battle. This time, the Emins came in their full force. Finally, their secrets were revealed.The Emins had created guns which could bring down the pride wall of the West. This was really bad for the other territories but they still had to try their best to defend the City.The battle ended in two hours which was considered very short. In the past, it was always impossible to infiltrate the Western city due to their walls, sometimes, the battle lasted for months. This time, it lasted for just two hours; it was the shortest in history.The Emins used their guns to blow down the gates, despite the power of the guns, it still took them about twelve minutes before they could destroy the gates. This was to show how strong the Western gates were. A total of five hundred thousand warriors came from the Emins while the West in alliance with the other territories had about eight hundred and sixty thousand warriors. While the Emins struggled to get into the city, the Lamias, Ferads and Redas used their archers to attack the Emins from the city walls, this proved to be effective until the City gates were destroyed. If it was a normal battle, it would have been harder for the Emins to win the Lamias, but this time, the Emins had guns while the Lamias and other territories relied on swords, arrows and bows. Most of them used swords which needed physical contact, so before they could get to the Emins, their heads were already blown off. The King of the Emins didn't plan to kill anyone except those of them that resisted, so he took all that surrendered as slaves. Well, he couldn't catch the King of the Lamias, the King of Lamias was very skilled when it came to battle so he was able to escape after killing about twenty Emins warriors and three of their captains. That was really an incredible feat considering the fact that he used a sword against warriors who used guns.The guns of the Emins, besides that of their King could only fire one shot in one minute, this was because, the guns could contain only one bullet and they had to reload their guns before using it again. The Lamias, Ferads and Redas used this as an advantage but they were still defeated. The Emins returned to their lands with the Lamias, Ferads and Redas as captives, they were all in chains, it was only the King of the Lamias that escaped. By the time the Emins got to their lands, they received the most shocking news of their lives, even the King that was rarely shocked or surprised by anything was shocked. The Girl from the East had escaped.(Flashback) While the Emins were busy battling the Lamias, Ferads and Redas, Zeruta was busy escaping. She used the stone that was always with her to start cutting the chains, after struggling for some time, the chains finally cut off. She used those chains to escape through the roof. He called the guard who was charged with the duty of watching over her and killed him at the spot.This made the captives (Lamias, Ferads and Redas) shudder and fear, this action of the King made them suspend their mental preparations of escaping. The King of the Emins knew that she'd be back so he decided to prepare for it, for now, he decided to make the Captives lose any hope they had, he needed to make them lose their courage so that they wouldn't rebel soon. He divided them into batches and set task masters over each batch. The captives were to rebuild Amigo. The Monument of Amigo was destroyed and the captives were to build a monument of the King of Emins. This was part of their tasks, and that was how the sufferings of the Lamias, Ferads and Redas began. The Lamias hoped that their King would come back for them but as days ran into weeks and weeks into months, they lost hope of that happening.
