City Smile
"Young sire, do you own this place?" Ang asked, his eyes meticulously scanning the room. They were in an old, small house on the outskirts of City Smile. By the looks of it, no one was expecting them. The house was clean and tidy, though Ziggy had to break several locks to get in. The air inside felt musty, as if it hadn't been lived in for quite some time, adding to the eeriness of their intrusion.
"Not yet," Ziggy replied. "I thought of buying this place after what happened to my lab, but I haven't closed the deal yet. The negotiations have been more complicated than I anticipated."
"So, we're trespassers?" Ang concluded, his voice tinged with worry.
"Technically," Ziggy sighed, feeling a twinge of guilt. "I wanted to buy this place because, aside from being very cheap, it has an underground room I thought could be a perfect secret lab. It seemed ideal for our needs."
