That stunt with Nightfury covering the sky in fire really cost a lot to both of us, even with Nightfury's huge Ocean size pool of fire he had to use up most of it, of course mine was completely empty in a blink as our fires are connected

But as a human with small pool of fire I will recover quickly but Nightfury will be weak for at least a week, as a man I don't need fire magic to survive but dragons have fire running through them like blood and need that fire to function properly

This was incredibly risky especially doing that beyond the wall but I can't win against the long night by playing it safe, the walkers are moving north to gather anyone to their dead armies and I was right in the middle of freefolk camp so I just went with it

Even though Nightfury was incredibly tired after that he still didn't show any weakness, he can be goofy most of the time but he always pulls through whenever I need him

And when the long night comes the freefolk will send men to fight the dead along side the army of the seven kingdoms, they basically have to because the lands of the gift is the closest to the wall, when the wall falls they are at the very front,this will make sure that the freefolks would have to cooperate with the war efforts

As a sign of good faith I am taking three people as a representative for the freefolk,they will there when I tell the lords to let freefolk south of the wall, and as added safety the freefolk will only enter the wall if the those three people are with me on the wall to welcome them

So the freefolk decided the three people who would go back with me on Nightfury, Val a blond woman who is Mance's goodsister, Tormund Giantbane the huge red head man that I gave the dragonglass with a tracking spell and Ygritte the red head women who was with them when I killed the two walkers

With all things done I and three freefolk quickly got on Nightfury and flew towards the wall, Nightfury was flying slowly not only because other people can't handle the winds when he picks up speed but because he is very tired, other can't see even a little clue that the dragon is tired but I am connected to him I can feel is low fire,his heavy breaths but we can't stay beyond the wall when he this weak, if they had pulled this stunt anywhere south of the wall Nightfury would have been fine but beyond the wall, that's like a man running naked during a blizzard

As we finally crossed the wall I could finally take a breath of relief, till we didn't cross the wall we were in incredible danger but now I can finally relax, Nightfury is also feeling much better after crossing the wall, he is breathing normally and the cold is no longer trying to seep into his bones and put out his fire

Even though we were flying slowly the three people sitting behind were still having a hard time due to the cold winds so high in the sky, so I decided to stop at Winterfell and continue flying tomorrow in the day to Kingslanding, this will also give Nightfury time to rest and recover in the night

When I got to Winterfell I arranged rooms for the three freefolk to stay for the night and checked on the wolfgaurds, it is good that they are working properly even though I am stuck in the capital

But it seemed the lack of my inner fire affected me more than I realized, as soon as I hit the bed all the tiredness came smashing down on me,or it can be my connection to Nightfury that I can share his exhaustion, even the valyrians couldn't completely understand the bond of a Awakened with their dragons

Even with resting the entire night I am still sore and tired, I can sense Nightfury sleeping in godswoods he feels better than yesterday but I think it is better for us to stay at Winterfell for one more day before going back

At least the freefolk are enjoying their time here, they are still in awe and wonder of the castle, even though Harrenhal was this biggest castle in seven kingdoms but Winterfell is not that small and is one of the oldest castle in Westros
