Jon/Aegon pov

With the coronation done the seven kingdoms is once again under Targaryen rule, Most men would be more than satisfied with this much but I don't have that luxury

I now have to consolidate my rule as well as start preparing for the long night, I don't know how long the wall will last against the white walkers and I also have to bring the freefolk beyond the wall before they are added to the army of others

So I have to start with the north as it would most likely be the battlefield for the war against the long night, but first I have to convince the northern lords to let the wildlings south of the wall

But that problem solved itself, while I was at war to take back the seven kingdoms two wights were found by the night's watch , at first they thought they were dead bodies but thankfully Maester Marwyn locked them in the ice cells before they could rise and harm anyone

Maester Marwyn is the one who replaced uncle Aemon at the wall three years ago, and before that he was my contact in the citadel to get information about the long night, when I made a small donation to citadel to release Aemon from the wall and send a new one to the wall they quickly select Marwyn as they wanted to get rid of him for years, but those foolish old men didn't even understand Marwyn's talents

Now Marwyn stays at the wall and studies the ice magic that holds the wall together and studies whatever I bring back from white walkers form beyond the wall, he has been instrumental in helping me find their weaknesses and understand their weapons and powers

Today he finally contacted me with the glass candle, the glass candle I make are only laid with basic communication spell in it, not like the all purpose glass candle made by the Valyrians, because only I have enough fire magic to use the other functions and no one else so I just didn't add any unnecessary spells on them

You can use the glass candles I made to communicate from anywhere in the world but just not at the wall, the wall is laid with ice magic that stop all magic from crossing over, so Marwyn has to travel away from the wall to talk to me, it is inconvenient but I can't do anything about it my fire magic is completely opposite to the ice magic on the wall

So with the wights found at the wall the the lord Commander of the Night's Watch wanted to go beyond and investigate but Marwyn was able to stop him till now ,but the lord Commander is getting more impatient now so now I have to personally go there and stop them from riding straight to their death

But this is still good news I can use the wights to convince the lords of the long night and start proper preparation, I have not been able to bring back any wights before, they would always just became dead bodies after I crossed the wall, this means the magic of the wall is weakening and we will soon face the others

Now I have to go to north and move the wights to Winterfell to show them to the lords and I also have to go beyond the wall to convince the freefolk to peacefully bring them south of the wall

I thought things would get easier after I became the king, but it just added a burden to stay at the capital and make sure the lords of the seven kingdoms don't do anything stupid while my rule is still new

While I was thinking about my trip to north Varys came in the my solar, the spider has a huge smile plastered on his face for once, I wonder what he found to be some full of himself

"Your grace I got all of them ,I got the conclave of Maesters,just like you said they all got together after the dragons appeared and my little birds were able to identify all the members, I checked multiple times I have all their names not a single one left out"

"Lord Varys if what you say is true than you have done me a great favour, I will not forget this, and as reward you will get 10 barrels of red wine from each batch from now on"

"I just did my duty your grace but I will keep the wine as a token your gratitude "

Varys can pretend all he wants but even the spider is not immune to the charm of Valyrian wine, but what he gave me today is so much better

Arianne Martell pov

Her life was completely flipped on its head multiple times these last few moons,she always thought her father was taking away what was hers by right by choosing Quentyn for lord paramount of dorne, she hated her father for abandoning her and favouring her little brother instead

But when Aegon Targaryen became the king and called them to pledge allegiance to him, her father finally told her his plan to marry her to Viserys and making her the queen of the seven kingdoms, her father never wanted her to rule just the dorne but all of the seven kingdoms instead

But that plan went down the drain when Viserys died in that wasteland in the east,so her father wanted to marry her to new king Aegon Targaryen and told her to get close to him

But when they reached the capital they found out her aunt Elia and cousin Rhaenys are still alive, after they got over the initial shock her father and uncle trying to connect with aunt Elia once again but things are still awkward between them

Now her father wants her cousin Rhaenys to get married to the king, but it is not going to be easy for her young cousin, Arianne has seen the new king for a few times now,how can a man be so beautiful is beyond her

She wants the dragon king for herself and nothing is going to stop her now, even if she is not one to marry her she will at least have him in her bed

She will show that not even dragons are impervious to her beauty
