Skadi's Insights

"Hmm… Those people, they're wearing the same crest as those people that I let go a few days ago. No… only some of them are wearing that crest. Hehehe… those people are trying to get some information about me by watching me, it seems that they want to see if I'm a threat or a person who they can control. This is really getting interesting now~ Maybe it's about time for me to build my strength now." Yuki said to herself as there was a dark smile on her face thinking that those Nobles were thinking of controlling her.

But they can only dream of trying to use her because even if she is weaker than all of them, it wouldn't matter too much for her. With that in mind, she brought out her Black Lightning once more before flying away at full speed, and instead of taking more than a day to go back, she only needed a few hours. She purposely didn't fly at full speed when she was going to the Capital because even for her it was too fast, she wanted to scout her surroundings, and along the way, she saw a lot of things.

So when she fell back, there was no more reason for her to slow down, she could fly at full speed. When she came back, she saw Kurokami and Fumiko lying on the ground panting and full of sweat. When she arrived, they just finished sparring with Skadi who didn't even look like she was tired.

Because it was already the start of the weekdays, it was the start of her spar with Skadi. So after carrying the tired bodies of Kurokami and Fumiko back to the bench, she placed her jacket on top of the two before grabbing a wooden sword on the ground to start her spar with her.

"It's my turn now, right?" Yuki asked while tying her long white hair in a ponytail so that it wouldn't get in the way. When she did that, there was a gasp behind her back, but she didn't pay too much attention to it, as she thought that the two had just now realized that she was back.

Kurokami and Fumiko looked at each other for a second before giggling at themselves as they didn't even realize that Yuki was already home because they were so absorbed in their training that they didn't even realize. So they just grabbed a bottle of water from their Spatial Ring when they suddenly saw Yuki's move.

As Yuki was no longer wearing her sunglasses or the jacket she was hanging on her back, the two could see her natural beauty. Kurokami who had only seen this look on Yuki in just a picture was so shocked that she dropped her bottle on the floor, meanwhile, Fumiko was flustered after seeing how Yuki tied her hair. Even though it was just a simple action, it was so attractive and seductive in their eyes and it made them flustered almost immediately after seeing it.

Their eyes couldn't stop from looking away at Yuki's figure, her body that would make any woman jealous because of how slender and sexy she was, and even though she doesn't have the biggest proportion in her body, one would still be enticed by just looking at her. Especially right now, she was showing her nape so carelessly that even the two couldn't help but feel jealous if other women or even any man were to see her right now.

But they were glad that there was no one other than them and Skadi who was able to witness such a scene. Now they knew the feeling of Yuki when she was jealous and wouldn't let anyone see them if they dressed nicely, they just wanted to see her by themselves, and no one else. But they also realized that such thought wasn't that great because it was an obsession towards that person, so they shook their head to calm themselves down.

"If you don't want any unnecessary trouble in the future, I would refrain from dressing like this and doing what you just did in front of other people." Skadi suddenly blurted out after she saw the expression of the two ladies behind Yuki.

Yuki was confused at her words but seeing that she refused to elaborate any further, she thought that it was just all mindless talk, so she put away all that thought at the back of her mind before getting serious.

Cracking her knuckles and neck for a bit, she charged at Skadi with full force, with even the intent to kill as this was the kind of spar that she wanted. She could never spar with just the intent of getting stronger or training, because her being on the battlefield was already training her, she always liked practical training.

Maybe it was because of the time she spent when she was under Yuto Sasaki, where her training consisted of killing each other and always standing up on the top. From that, she never always liked training the normal way, but she knew that it was not for everybody, so she just made the training even harder, to the point where the person would still feel like they were going to die.

'Hmmm… a War might start pretty early on. I have yet to build a good persona around me, plus I'm still weak, so it's most likely that I'm going to lose. I wonder if there is a place for me to grow stronger in here.' Yuki thought to herself while she fought with Skadi and after fighting for more than 2 hours already, she managed to break her defense for a single second.

But it wasn't still enough as Skadi easily countered it and made Yuki drop her weapon to the ground resulting in her defeat. The two who were watching were absolutely shocked about this as they didn't expect it, they thought that it would at least come up within a draw.

"Hmmm… you're skills are definitely phenomenal in swordsmanship. But I always feel like whenever you are fighting there is something that is holding you back, how about you use two swords, maybe you will get better results." Skadi said as she wiped the sweat forming on her forehead as she actually broke in sweat after fighting with her.

Fighting with her felt like she was fighting against one of the toughest opponents she had ever faced, she was extremely skilled, but there was some flaw in her moves that she could easily tell. So she was pointing all of it out now.

"Also, you're attack patterns are nothing about recklessness. I know that it is a good way to fight to defeat your opponent in sheer power, but it wouldn't work most of the time. I can see that you have the mindset that as long 'as I can hit harder you will be fine, so it doesn't matter if I get hit to' that is what you are in fighting. You should change that." Skadi pointed out another thing that made Fumiko think that she was completely right.

"Yeah, you're right. But just as I always say, bad habits are the hardest to kill. But don't worry I'll try, and yes I'm not that good in fighting with one Sword. My main weapon has always been Dual Weapons, that is what I'm used to, I'm not used to using my two hands in one weapon." Yuki didn't reject anything that Skadi said as it was all basically the truth and she knows it.

That is why she was willing to learn more and more because she knew that she could still get better and stronger than her current form.
