What Yuki didn't know was that whenever a person entered Legend 10, it would be announced to the whole world, so her entering in ninth place already caused an uproar in the entire Nightingale, and because it was an announcement for the whole heaven to hear, those people who were close to her heard it naturally. But not everyone had a positive reaction to it, those who crossed Yuki's line were another story.

"No… no way? How… why did she decide to enter the Legend 10?" Kurokami asked in a shaky voice as she instantly stopped her training and turned to look at her grandma, hoping for some answers, but of course, she didn't have the answer since she was not even close to Yuki to know what was in her mind.

"Legend 10? What is that and why did a voice come from the sky saying that Yuki has entered it and placed in 9th place?" Fumiko asked as she was confused and even more confused as to why Kurokami had a somewhat fearful look on her face. In her mind it didn't seem bad as in her eyes that was just the type of person Yuki was, whenever she saw a Ranking that she found interesting, she would do whatever it took to beat it and take the number one spot.

"I know that it may sound good because Yuki is making herself more famous, but trust me… In Nightingale, you almost don't want that, especially if the Ranking that you are joining is the Legend 10. That is because… what you are trying to do is catch everyone's attention, especially those who have ill intentions, like the Nobles and… and the Royal Family who have been dominating that Ranking for over a hundred thousand years." Kurokami said as she placed both of her hands on her chest to calm herself down because she couldn't even think straight right now.

The dangers that it could to Yuki were so great that it made so worry because she knows how cruel the Royal Family can be, to her Family. Her Family is of course very arrogant and prideful as they are one of the strongest and standing Families to ever exist in Nightingale, so to have someone other than their Family or even a Noble Family take over one of their Family Members in a Ranking, is simply… asking for death.

When Skadi saw the worried look on her granddaughter's face, she simply walked beside her before picking her up and placing her on her lap.

"Kurokami… you don't have to worry, even if I hate that foul-mouthed brat, she is now my granddaughter, and most importantly your wife. So you don't have to worry about a single thing because I will definitely protect her and before you say anything, those guys wouldn't dare to do anything to me." Skadi said as she wiped the tears from Kurokami's eyes before placing her hand on her back to comfort her. She simply cannot watch as her beloved granddaughter gets sad like this, it pains her so much seeing her like this.

"If it is you… then I believe you. Grandma, please let her be safe, I… I don't want her to swim in the deep ocean of our Family." Kurokami said between sobs as she then looked at her grandma, but when she saw the conflicted look on her face, she paled and she already knew the answer to that.

"Yuki… she already has plans, right?" Kurokami asked while she clutched Skadi's clothes tightly in her hands, her whole body was visibly shaking.

"The only thing that I can promise you is her safety, as for diving into the troubles and problems of our Family. There is nothing I can do about that because it seems that she is already set on getting revenge, revenge for you. She's a smart woman you know, even if you tried to hide it, she knows and has an idea how you were treated by the Royal Family. She actually hates me because of it, despite knowing what you were going through, I didn't do anything about it." Skadi said as she merely placed Kurokami's head in her chest.

When Kurokami heard her grandmother's words, guilt washes over her heart. Because of her, Yuki might possibly get in danger, and even though Skadi has already vouched that she will protect her, she knows that there are some limitations in it.

"She's stronger than what you think, you know? I believe that you don't have to worry about a single thing, because… if she actually manages to do something that would even terrify those people, they would never try to do something that will harm her. That I can guarantee you because those people are cowards, you know it." Skadi tried her best as she calmed down her terrified granddaughter.

But Kurokami didn't answer, she just stood up before grabbing Fumiko's hands to go upstairs. Fumiko didn't say anything as she just followed her, but she turned around to look at Skadi only to see her opening her mouth to say something quietly.

"I'll take care of her." Fumiko nodded her head as she placed her arm over Kurokami's shoulder as a support after seeing her shaking so much and when she did that, her shaking stopped.

After 1 hour, Yuki was finally done, she was done with what she was trying to do, which was simply take over Legend 10. When she finally opened her eyes, she only saw that there were now full of people inside the room. But all of them were basically on the ground kneeling and panting, only those who were strong enough to handle the pressure that she was releasing were safe from the pressure.

But she just ignored all of them as she walked up back to the machine to look at the Ranking again and when she opened it, she was not disappointed, a smile just hung down on her face, but sadly no one was able to see that look on her face because of the mask that she was wearing.

"She… she actually took over the Rankings. She's in a league of her own…" The people who heard the voice in the sky shook as none of them could believe that the woman in front of them who seemed so mysterious was actually able to beat the Ranking by a mile.

"The world is about to change… I wonder if she is going to join Reqiuem of the Vampire Goddess, because if she joined I think, the winner is clear now." A man whispered, but it was loud enough to be heard by everyone in the room.
