As Adair took a bite of the food, it was almost magical how her headache started to clear up. This made her wonder if there was some medicine added to the food to make her headache go away, or if it had something to do with the ingredients used to make the broth.
Either way, it was extremely effective in making Adair feel better and have her headache go away. She knew exactly where to go if she ever had a headache again. This made her wonder if there were other foods that allowed her to heal up faster.
The first thing that she thought of was if she exercised too much, and that caused her muscles to be tired. Was there a food that removed the lactic acid and allowed her to work out again quickly? Or was there food to do the opposite of that? To make someone feel as if they worked out so much that they couldn't move anymore?
