As she lay there, she was in a bit of shock since while she knew that she was battling other people and she felt herself getting hurt, she had thought that these would be superficial wounds that the machine would create to give a bit of realism to the battles.

But never in her wildest dreams did she think that she was actually being cut and bashed by the other kids. It made her question how such things were allowed since she remembered in the video she watched that there was no mention of such a thing being possible, and she was even pretty sure that it broke a whole bunch of rules that she had to listen to since this was possible.

Which made her question how or why this was even possible. Since she was positive that she had not been teleported to a different location so how was she even able to be cut and hurt in such a way in the first place.
