<p>There was once a clan that had supreme over the heavens the one who first founded the clan was angel blue, back then he didn't had a last name because he moved lightning speed so that's why they called him cobalt lightning and so he had another personality. He was the second member to joined The ten lost souls so he could help his clan but angel blue did know of one thing? he had a war with the Ōtsutsuki clan, he and his clan had to be prepared for the war. So he had to tell his family and his friends goodbye so he and a member of the lost souls embarked on a mission to save other planets from being destroyed </p>
