I woke up because of the sunlight streaming in through my window. Richard's hands were still around my waist, and I could feel his warm breath on my back as he pressed a light kiss to my neck. He shifted slightly, burying his face into my hair as he whispered, "Good morning." I hummed in acknowledgement and turned onto my side so that I was facing him and he could see my soft smile. His arms tightened around me for a moment before he pulled away and slid from under me so that he was leaning against the headboard.
"What time is it?" I asked groggily.
He looked at the clock and replied absently, "Ten past eight."
"We need to start looking for Delvin." I sighed. "He could be anywhere."
Richard nodded thoughtfully. "Yeah, but let's start looking at a few places like the park and neighborhoods for middle-aged people. Though I don't think he will be that old by now."
