I found myself in a deserted forest, I called for help but no response.

How did I get here, I kept asking myself?

I cried, feeling the sense of loss and abandonment.

Have never seen a wolf this beautiful, it stared at me for a while before it approached me slowly.

"Why do you cry, Maya? I was surprised the wolf knew my name.

"Who are you?". I asked curiously.

Now am confused, I have always been alone and my know my wolf is not awake yet, so how come my wolf speaks to me when it's not yet time.

"I think you are mistaken, it will take some months before I will be eighteen, so how come you are already here?".

"Maya don't be confused, your powers are awakening already and so will I, I just want to let you know that I'm always with you, I feel you'd pains as well as your sadness.

It won't be long Maya, we have a long journey ahead of us, you should be prepared.

The wolf suddenly disappeared without a trace, leaving me yet again, all alone.

Frederick also wanted the reason he could feel her pains, he was dying to know the truth.

Meredith and Vina felt so bad for Maya as they saw how miserable she looked, the poor child requires help, but she's scared to ask for fear of being rejected or tortured again.

"What a poor child, Vina, who could be so cruel as to make her lose hope. I feel terribly bad for Maya."

Meredith and Vina were confused because they are very sure Maya was the female Alpha, but she would not admit it to them for fear of being neglected. There was purely no way to make her talk now, which leaves them with only one choice, and that was to tell Alpha Frederick.

After two days, Frederick discovered from some group that the strongest pack named Blood Rose was besieged and overtaken by a powerful witch with the help of another witch Alpha. It was gathered that its Alpha was killed along with its Luna and their daughter.

Frederick was shocked to hear this, he remembered when he was still in his pack and little, he heard of a powerful pack named Blood Rose that no one dared invaded but it's more shocking to hear about its downfall and its Alpha killed.

This only meant those responsible for this are powerful to deal with.

Could Maya be the daughter they said was killed together with her parents? But Maya was found in a deserted and lonely forest, very far from the pack. There's only one way to find out.

Frederick visited Maya who was still in her room feeling sad and dejected.

"Maya, you should cheer up, everyone is expecting to associate with the new girl, everyone here genuinely cares for each other, so there's nothing to be afraid of."
