Slave Traders

30 minutes before Eden leaves the cave.

During the night, some people passed by the roads that border the forest. Among these people, there were most often slave traders. These slave traders were accompanied by guards who protected their delivery to the place that was supposed to be the auction house. However, that night, something strange happened. The ground had begun to shake violently, frightening the horses, and thus, causing all the slaves who were in the cart to fall.

The guards immediately took action and caught up with the horses in the blink of an eye. Once calmed down, they returned to the cart and put all the slaves back in the cart which, fortunately for them, had not broken.

"Bal, John, go see what just happened, we leave in 1 hour." Antony, the head of the guards, told his subordinates, who immediately took action.

Bal was a level 50 guard for the slave traders who could master the waves thank's to his class, which allowed him to spot the central point of the earthquake. As for John, he was also at level 50 and had the same position as Bal, and possessed a hearing significantly superior to normal humans, which allowed him to navigate without too many worries in the forest which was still dark because of the night.

After 10 minutes of jumping from tree to tree, they arrived in front of the cave.

"Bal waits, I think there's someone here. We should wait outside and knock him out so that he doesn't try something dumb" John said to Bal who nodded before starting to hide behind trees that were just at the entrance of the cave.

15 minutes later, Bal and John began to see a person and hear footsteps. Channeling their mana into their eyes, they began to inspect the person who was coming out of the cave.

Seeing the race of the person in front of them, Bal and John couldn't help but get excited. Vampires had disappeared from the surface of Hydrel for more than 15 years, or at least no one had ever seen them in 15 years. And during the 4 years, they were spotted on the planet, they were treated as a sub-race. Despite their innate power and improved physique, they could do nothing against the other races that outnumbered them.

As a result, as soon as the vampire king disappeared, the whole race gradually began to die out, or at least, that's what people thought.

In addition, vampires being extremely handsome sold at an astronomical price at auction houses.

However, the main reason for their popularity was because they could make their partner feel intense sexual pleasure every time they bit them. Vampires were therefore sexual reliefs for the different races in power that were and still are today, the Humans, the Elves, and the Dwarves. The other races were not yet powerful and numerous enough to compete with these three.

In addition, today a vampire could be sold for several million gold coins or even billions thanks to their rarity.

He was still the first vampire the world would see in 15 years. And even though slavery had been abolished a little over 5 years ago, many nobles continued to buy it, which still kept the slave market alive.

Not waiting another minute, Bal and John disappeared from their position, and in the blink of an eye, they were behind Eden.

Barely having time to react, the latter lowered himself, but still took John's kick in the face, which made him waltz in the distance while destroying all the trees in his path for about ten meters.

Even though he had higher stats than people at his level and he could probably win against someone a dozen levels higher than him, he couldn't do anything against two enemies who were at level 50. It was simply impossible, even for the best of geniuses.

The difference in stats and equipment was far too great for him to resist. The very fact that he survived a kick was a feat in itself.

Once fainted, Bal and John came to Eden's side with lustful eyes. However, they held back as best they could so as not to damage the goods. Even though they were men and the vampire in front of them was of the same sex as them, it was still difficult for them to keep their cool in front of a "creature" as magnificent as a vampire.

A few minutes later, once they had come to their senses, they began to take Eden who was still fainted on the ground before moving gently but surely towards the cart. Twenty minutes walk later, just before they set sail, Bal and John finally came to the front of the cart.

"You're finally here!! What took you so long huh? We were on the verge of leaving" Antony said, who was getting impatient.

"We found something extraordinary chef. Look at this, we did our best not to damage it," Bal replied in an extremely playful voice.

Hearing this, Antony began to inspect the person who was in the arms of his subordinates. However, what he saw was the last thing he expected to see. He thought they had brought back a humanoid monster, but what he was observing exceeded all his expectations. Throughout his life as a slave trader, he dreamed of one day seeing a vampire. A being the only heard in the "legends" or the oldest who has been in the business for more than 15 years. Yet the person in front of him was very real.

While he was looking at him, his eyes were on the verge of coming out of their sockets, and with a huge smile on his face going all the way to his ears, he urged Bal and John to put him in the back before he began to get back on the road.

So the slave traders began to get back on their way, completely forgetting why they had stopped in the first place.

They continued their journey to the royal city of Chronus, a city founded under the protection of the primordial god Chronos who had bequeathed a tiny part of his power to the future queen of the planet Karla, named Karaine. The planet Karla had suffered, like many other planets in the galaxy, a tragic end, as well as transportation to the planet Hydrel, exactly like the races of planet Earth.

Queen Karaine already having a great knowledge of her power had therefore begun to resume where her reign had stopped, crushing all those who dared to face her and thus recreated the city of Chronus, having a coat of arms the river of time in the background and an hourglass in the front.

However, a lot of time had passed since the recreating of the kingdom, and the queen did not have for long, so leaving the 3 princes to fight for the throne, well, I say just one of the three, because the second was not interested, while the third had almost no connection with temporal magic which limited his chances of being able to take the throne, not that he was interested in it at first.

In addition, the first two princes had a very good relationship with each other, which limits the risk of betrayal. The third prince him, well... Let's say he was still alive.

Two hours later, the slave traders finally arrived at their destination. The place where the auction was going to take place was at the back of the main avenue, a place where only the accustomed could know.

It was an underground network with only one entrance and one passage to limit the risk of attacks as much as possible. At the entrance of the network are two guards of 100 levels each, which deters people who tried to play heroes.
