It is advisable to read Chapter-1 and 2 first, even though generally prologue is meant to be read before the first chapter. It is even better if it is read after the Chapter-3.

**The Ice Castle**

In the early 2050s, a large ice castle is found within the glaciers of Antarctica. A group of archeologists and scientists from a research facility funded by a billionaire called "Melonie" was sent to Antarctica to learn more about the mysterious cave. On analyzing the sculptures and drawings etched on the walls of the ice castle, they realize that whatever civilization that lived here was so advanced from the current in tons of ways. Technologically advanced accessories were found such as an ice ball that can shape-shift into any weapons and a diamond-shaped crystal that was to be believed as a power source for the entire ice castle. With the help of coffins and frozen blood particles on the swords, they get some samples of the DNA and took it back with them along with the crystal.

**Ancestors**

Unfortunately, the ice castle began to melt and completely joined the Antarctica ocean within months after the expedition. Melonie secured full authority of the research on ice castle findings assuring the governments that he can help humanity in a big way. Being a scientist himself, he devoted his entire being to this research. With the help of his company's newly built futuristic submarine and a group of mercenaries, he retrieved a coffin from the depths of the Antarctica ocean to analyze it. After years of toiling hard with experiments, it is found that the DNA belongs to a specific kind of living being similar to humans but not exactly the likes of a standard human being which is a variant of this DNA. This variant of humans' life-cycle, strength, speed, and intelligence may be considered normal back then but certainly, are superhero attributes to this modern standards. This is somehow referenced in Hinduism and Buddhist cosmology as "Yugas"/"Kalpa", where the human race goes through four different transitions( in Hinduism) which shorten their intelligence, strength, morality, and life-cycle when they go through each transition.

**The War**

Melonie began to get obsessed with recreating the strength, speed, and other super attributes of the elder human race and conducted illegal experiments on human subjects but the governments withdrew their support and assistance, confiscated all his experiment results, and reverse-engineered weapons which he spent ninety percent of his wealth on.

Bankrupt and angry, Melonie decided to use the Israel-Palestine continuous war for his own benefits and began to receive funds from both of them, and developed more dangerous versions of the weapons which directly uses the recreated crystals of the ice-castle potential of creating disaster bigger than the Hiroshima. Seeing the power of the weapons, the governments who turned down Melonie before began to buy weapons from him and provide him lab facilities and equipment which he later used for the experiments to recreate the elder humans. Failures of the experiments led to the creation of mutated humans resembling zombie-like and vampire-like creatures which he later brainwashed to be used as soldiers for the global war among the nations.

Melonie aged sixty was later assassinated in 2079. But the damage was already done.

**The Portals**

Even though Melonie was dead, the experiments were continued by a secret society simply called "The Cult" — no fancy names. To end the war, the remaining coffins were collected and using the rejuvenation chamber developed by Melonie sometime before his death, they were brought back. They were totally six of them and clearly not the good guys of their race. They were called "Gods" concerning their heightened attributes of a regular human.

They agreed to help out humanity on certain conditions known only between the "Cult" and the six. But the six didn't share full information as the crystals used in the weapons used in the war were originally used to tear down the reality to create door-sized portals for easy travel, in other words, opening mini-version of wormholes. As the war went for nearly eighty years, the earth's surface began to react to the energy emitted by the crystal weapons. Multiple portals began to crop up on the surfaces of the war-held places swallowing the actual place itself where the reality is slowly ripped apart and get sucked into the hole-like portals and causing multiple earthquakes.

**The Seventh God**

But the war still went on and the warring nations began to take advantage of the situation by sending soldiers on a suicide mission to attack places near the portals. But the simple "by-standers" (the minority countries who didn't take part in the war to conquer but rather to defend themselves from the conquerors) cannot hide like cowards and let their sibling nations fight and disappear to dust. They came up with a solution thanks to their young scientists' collaborative effort that building energy reactors using the crystals near to the portals in their respective countries can suppress the portals and shrink them, thus being able to prevent them from ever opening up again. But they don't have enough manpower for that.

Then came a person who joined the war late to help the minority. They called him "Unofficial member of the gods - The Seventh" as he is also from the elder race but not brought back by the experiments of the Cult because he never died in the first place. He carried a Katana made of crystal and looked like he's in his 20s even though he was around for thousands of years. He proved to be a great asset to them as he went on to massacre nearly thousands of soldiers in the war, earning him fear among his enemies and comrades alike. His army, made up of only fifty soldiers, gained the upper hand in every battle they fought to give time for the poor innocents who were trying to save themselves from extinction. The Seventh, even though cursed by the very own people he was trying to protect, offered his entire existence to help them to crossover this era.

**Neglected and Left to die**

The experiment became a success and the portals are suppressed preventing from it swallowing the entire planet. But it's not a happy moment. The people who worked on the construction were heavily affected as their cellular structure was heavily damaged by working so close to the portal and because of the energy emitted by the crystal. The lands near the energy reactor and portal also began to decay and emit high amounts of radiation thus spreading the effects all over the countries.

The war ended, and the Cult gained control of the world using their army of the six. The energy reactors were built using the war criminals, thus preventing the genocide, and the survivors were completely relocated to the artificially built lands by the Cult as a backup plan. They took the credit for finding the solution and disregarded the minorities (by-standers) from entering their artificial islands, leaving them to be die and be forgotten from history. The Seventh god was burdened with the occurring deaths and again in his lifetime saw an entire civilization slowly die helplessly in front of his eyes. He forbid his sword, declined the Cult's invitation to join them, and decided to spend time with the dying country helping the people for the rest of their life until every one of them eventually died leaving the Seventh all alone again.

*Seventh Gate*

After the loss, Seventh came to know that the Cult is kicking out civilians who opposed their decision to give exclusive rights to "Six Gods" and also the people who have traces of the portal energy in their cells. They are relocating them to the devil's triangle (Bermuda triangle) as a part of their experiment to test the living conditions as the portals got suppressed near the triangle naturally. Seventh after giving a lot of thought decides to help the people out as they are obviously doomed if he doesn't help.

He accepts the Cult's previous invitation but on the condition to leave the people to him. Being used to the living conditions of the triangle already and using his knowledge of the exclusive physics of the land, he reforms the triangle to a less hard place to live and survive, which later formed to be the Seventh gate of the newly formed Cult controlled government much to its dismay.

The Seventh is now working as part of the defence force of the city under the name "Priest" but still hated by the citizens and regarded as the "Devil under the name of God".
