BOARDING THE LOST PHARAOH
Rachael Zipporah opened her handbag and picked out the elaborately decorated silk-lined pouch from inside. She opened the strings tying the pouch and picked out the four hundred and ten silver coins. After, she handed over the fare to Manilik, the First Mate of Lost Pharaoh. He had seen her count it out, so he had no doubts about the money being less. He brought out his pouch from his coat's inner pocket and threw the coins inside the pouch before tying it securely.
"Rachael from Aksum, please show me the way to the carriage with your luggage," Manilik said after pocketing the pouch with the money she had given him.
"First Mate, please call me Rachael Zipporah or just Rachael for short. I no longer wish to identify myself with Aksum." She said to him. She had disowned herself from the Zagwe family and stopped using the family name given to her at birth.
