A roaring round of applause soon echoed inside the gym. As expected, the claps were far louder than the principal. The three beauties walked up to the stage each of them beaming with a smile.
Not long, the opening ceremony ended, and Kai stood up, ready to leave. Suddenly, a pair of hands came from behind and tapped his shoulder.
Kai turned around and saw it was Ollie, he was tucking on his bag pack.
.
"Where off to?" He asked Kai.
"I don't know, maybe do some important things left for me to do". Kai remembered that Fuji had told him earlier that day that he should meet him after he was done with school. Kai tucked his hands into his pocket and found out that the piece of paper which Fuji gave to him was still intact.
"Don't you have a class to attend?, Like your training class though it's not going to involve action yet, well that's what I heard, but I think it'll just be some introduction".
Kai was completely lost with what Ollie was saying, he thought they are already through with class, he wondered what class Ollie was referring to a training class.
"What class?".
"Training class," Ollie thought Kai wasn't paying attention the first time he spoke but he saw some speck of confusion on his face.
"Here," Ollie motioned to his flash badge, "I'm into demonology magic and that's the class I'll be going to now, same with everyone here. They'll go to their various classes depending on their magic".
Kai finally understood what he meant. "Well, I don't have a flash badge".
"Why?" Ollie asked.
"I have places to go, if you don't mind I'll be leaving" Kai started to walk away. Ollie rushed up to him, "Wait, we'll be going the same way anyway".
Kai nodded uninterestedly.
Kyung Mi has been looking at Kai since they arrived at the gym, Kai gives off a strange vibe which is different from everyone she meets. He looks like someone that doesn't care about anything. She saw Kai leaving the gym with another guy beside him.
Kyung Mi wanted to know more about him, she was curious but she doesn't know why. She knew Kai had unknown magic and no rank, she wondered why she was so curious about someone who is seen as a weak mage by everyone, but something tells her that Kai is not as weak as people think.
She took a glance at him before he walked out of sight, "There's something off about him".
"Kyung Mi, can I get your signature?".
"Kyung Mi, I'll love to be your disciple".
Crowds of 1st level mages who were so interested in her were buzzing around her like bees. She wanted to go, she wants to follow Kai.
"I'll meet you all later, I have some other things to handle". Kyung Mi walked off but that didn't stop the crowd from following her. She had to run off to the restroom, in there she can have a little peace of mind but she wondered if she can still meet up with Kai by now she must have lost track of where he might be.
"Tracetatum"
She summoned a lightning bolt that went through the lamp holder in the restroom and that's the only easiest way to find Kai because the whole magisterium was filled with light bulbs like the classroom, the hall, the gym, the houses and other places.
The lightning bolt could easily move through the electricity cause that'll make it faster. Kyung Mi didn't use much lighting power cause it'll cause damage to the electricity. So she was able to control the amount of power needed for her tracing bolt. Her father had taught her well how to make use of her magic, he also taught her the special tricks in her magic just like the tracing lightning bolt she just emitted.
Her father wanted her to be the best out of all just to keep his legacy.
"Gotcha". Kyung Mi saw Kai walking along the St Hudson hallway, he was looking into some kind of a piece of paper and he was alone.
"What are you up to?". Kyung Mi controlled her tracing bolt around the hallway leading to Kai. She saw that there were no 1st level mages that runs around her in the way.
She burst out of the restroom and make her way toward the St Hudson hallway.
Kai got confused about the location on the piece of paper Fuji gave him, he was supposed to meet him at the front of the library but Kai didn't see anything that looks like a library. He was in a middle of a long hallway that leads forward and the one that leads back to where he came from. He knew it would be easy to contact Fuji but there was no usage of mobile in the magisterium for security purposes.
Kai sat down while he waits for Fuji to show up cause the paper said.
'Meet me at the St Hudson library alone'.
Before Kai could relax, he heard a footstep behind him, he turned to see it was Kyung Mi, and he wondered what she was doing there.
"Are you supposed to be here?" Kai asked her.
"I should be asking you that" Kyung retorted.
