Eric asked his sister, "How do cultivators usually make money?"

"We usually go to kill some demonic beasts and sell their materials and their core in the Crescent city near the sect."

"How much do you make per beast?"

"It depends on the beast and their rank but usually you earn 1 silver for level 1, 2 silver for level 2, and 4 silver for level 3, etc."

"Do you want to go to the city? The sect gives each cultivator a house in the city and you can stay there with me. There aren't any demonic beasts around here but if any of them come then the city might fall and you might be in danger."
