"Mom I cannot work with them if that's the requirements of what their new boss now wants from them" Temisa refuse as she stand up from the couch she was previously sitting with her mother when Felicia left with the car key and went to offload the car's boot.

"I can understand you Temisa, but know that your father went thru the stress to get your application letter submitted to their boss, and it will be very insulting to him if after their boss approves of you to resume and you fail to resume with them. Remember your result isn't even the best like that and yet they still want you to work with them."

"Mother.." Temisa is lost of word to refute as she stares to her mother who's a beautiful fat black woman.

"Just think about it Temisa and be easy on yourself. You're even lucky your father is doing all this to get you at the top among your peers, as he told me personally that the CEO father want you to be engage to his son, and that the only way you can be engage to his son is by getting closer to him and build a bond with him too."

"Mother!!" Temisa jaws drop as she stare at her mother unbelievably.

Engage to the ruthless arrogant CEO that want his female staffs dressed in oversized wears just because he doesn't want to appreciate their God given beauties or he's just heartbroken and jealous of women in general, Temisa wonders.

"Temisa, Are you listening to all have just said to you right now?" Mrs Bianca ask and Temisa stares back to her mother.

"Yes mother, I have, but what do you mean by engage to him?. I can never be engage to a man I don't like, let alone detest" Temisa frowns.

"Shut up Temisa. How can you say that when you haven't even meet with the CEO yet?. From my observation, you don't even have any problem as if the new CEO marries you, his father and mother will also welcome you wholeheartedly."

"And how about him mother?. I don't care if he's rich or the most talk about CEO here in Nigeria, Am least concerned about all that as In short am not even interested in working with him nor his company again!" Temisa rant and immediately walk away, rushing up the stairs and going back to her room upstairs.

"Temisa!, Come back here!, Am not done talking to you!" Mrs Bianca calls, but Temisa won't listen to her mother nor stop as she runs back into her room, slamming her room door shut.

Mrs Bianca sigh as she watch her daughter leave.

She knows Temisa won't find it easy adjusting to the new CEO orders to all his female staffs, but from what her husband has said to her about the new CEO, He's a very hardworking man and not a womanizer like many other well known young and rich CEO in their country and she sigh and stand up from the living room couch, to go back upstairs to her room and just then Felicia walk into the living room to meet her.

"Am done offloading all the food stuff to the kitchen ma."

"Okay prepare our dinner," Mrs Bianca pause and stare back to Felicia whom leave, as If only her daughter is as cool headed as Felicia, then she won't be having much problems as Temisa is very stubborn and hell bent on making her feel miserable all the time with her stubbornness.

She was even surprised to seen the cool headed beautiful young-lady, Temisa introduced to her as her best friend on campus as Felicia also reminded her, as Felicia is white and very fair in complexion.

She sigh and remember the time she had adopted Felicia to start living with her from an orphanage home, as she has gone to visit the orphanage home as part of her charity, philanthropy and Non governmental organization works. Some of her friends had advised her then, not to adopt the beautiful young girl except she wants to ruin her marriage as Felicia is very white and cute to be in the orphanage, and she heard then, that the young beauty's mother rejected her when she was a baby and her mother never returned to the orphanage home for her again.

She sighed and made up her mind then to adopt Felicia and it has been ten years since Felicia has been living with her peacefully.

She has also employed and sacked a lot of maids that didn't wanted to concentrated on their works but rather shifted their gazed to be focused on her handsome son and she hated that but still needed a maid, so Felicia had decided to be their maid even though she still put Felicia in the university and treat her as her own child, Felicia preferred staying at home with them and going to school from home only when she have classes to attend too and she's grateful for that, as that has lessen and reduced her worries about maids and stress at home, but Temisa, she haven't for once acknowledged Felicia as her adopted sister and she's sad about that as she had thought probably Temisa is jealous of Felicia white looking skin, as Felicia is almost white like an albino, just that Felicia isn't an albino but only very fair in complexion and it dawn on her that Temisa is only stubborn and doesn't want to have a sister as Temisa's best friend in school is even whiter than Felicia, and she's shocked when the beautiful white lady won two honorably awards.

She decide to go back upstairs to her room to rest as she have a separate room from her husband's room which is downstairs as sometimes she sleeps in her husband room downstairs, or drags him upstairs to sleep with her in her room as he doesn't like climbing the stairs and complains of kneecap pain and she knows is sign of him getting older in age.

She get upstairs and made her way to her room to rest, avoiding Temisa and her elder brother's room and the Aroma of the soup Felicia is beginning to prepare in the kitchen has already filled the whole living room and even up to her room with the wonderful scent.

Mr John Patrick is thru with his bath and dressing up and he can also scent the wonderful aroma of the soup in his room.

He knows his wife is back as he heard her voice but he decide to rest so she can talk to her stubborn daughter on his behalf and he lays on his bed and drift to sleep.

Temisa is in her room sullen and not wanting to believe that her mother is even in support of her working with the new ruthless CEO.

She doesn't care about his riches and won't mind going out to look for a job elsewhere or to ask her elder brother for his help to teach her any online business as she can never compromise her dress sense of wearing expose wears and bum-short to now be wearing oversized clothes, and suits, just to please the arrogant CEO taste at her own distaste.

"No way!" She spit out in her room, pacing up and down and thinking about how she can reject him and she can scent and perceive the delicious aroma of the food her mother's adopted daughter, who's also their maid is preparing and her stomach grumbles out loudly in hunger.

"Oh!" She yawns and sit back on her bed thinking and deciding to talk to Martin about it and to get his own advice seeing her both parent want to join force and send her away to go and marry the arrogant CEO by force.

She think to search him out online to know what he looks like and to also check her email and inform her girlfriend about it, but she decide to take her bath first and to freshen up as she's very tired and stressed.

She stand up to pull off her blue short nikka and white crop-top, as she want to take her evening bath first, knowing dinner will soon be ready.

She knows she doesn't know how to cook and only good at makeup and looking sweet and she isn't even ready to adjust all that to fit into a man's life or world as she have her own life to live, and she loves how she lives it.

Changing boyfriend every month and dumping them as she isn't ready to get intimate with any of them yet.

They're too cold and thinks of women as their servant or slaves and she isn't ready to worship any man or offer him, her body to please his taste, so she walk into her bathroom and takes her bath quickly as she really want to get on a conversation with Anita as she haven't even spoken to Anita, and want to also find out about Anita's movement too.

She takes her bath quickly and she finally step out to her room to dress up.

Martin is in his room typing on his laptop as he's also studying an online evening course and the Aroma of the meal Felicia is preparing in the kitchen is really disturbing his nose and drawing him to stand up, so he sign-out and closes his laptop, ending his course for the day, he quickly leave his room, going downstairs to the kitchen to meet Felicia, as he cannot wait for her to come upstairs to inform him, "dinner is ready."

He walk downstairs to the living room and he doesn't see his mother nor sister there again and he smiles as he made his way to the kitchen to meet Felicia.
