Fang Yu's new bloodline ability, 'Dual Soul Domain', can be technically only be used by her if she was at the Fourth Stage and she was in her Original Fused Form.

If her soul was not as powerful as someone with Nine Soul Reformations or Late Fourth Stage, or the souls of her male and female body were not combined together, there is no way for her to cast his bloodline ability!

So, if Fang Yu separates herself into her male and female body, these bodies of hers will not be able to cast the ability independently. They must fuse as one to have the chance to use it.
