Orlando Di Nicola, descendant of Elder Di Nicola, also known as The Nimbus Sword Heathen, congratulated Alex and tapped his shoulder.
"Thank you, Senior Brother. I appreciate you watching my battles and always being in my corner."
Orlando smiled and nodded. The young man ahead of him was a far cry from the angry and girl-obsessed youth he met a few years back. Now his focus was solely on the sword. His heaven-defying progress in swordsmanship stunned Orlando, and he even envied Alex for a while. But he soon realised that there would always be someone better than you, and his focus turned to guiding Alex and keeping him walking on the right path.
This mindset change also helped Orlando realise his passion for teaching. Perhaps in the future, he would take up a role as an Elder, perhaps even teach at the Cloud School.
