In the house, ye tian was meditating. 

"After awakening the blood, the second step is to open up the meridians. But before that, I will have to get a breathing technique that can help me into cultivation." He was planning the path of cultivation he was going to walk.

"I have many breathing techniques that I obtained in my previous lives, but I failed to realize that the ones I practiced were all the trash in the past. When I reached the good position and obtained the better ones, it was already too much late."

The 'frost king's breath' was a technique that was obtained by far north of the continent into the ice. To practice 'Nine cloud Sky' one had to bear the cuts and go through a near-death experience by the wind. While the 'breath of the forest' was a wood based technique. The 'thousand nirvana technique' was a technique that was based on manipulating the body. And last, the 'soul chaser breath' was a technique to manipulate the soul."

"The ones that practiced these techniques were powerhouses that could destroy entire continents. But to practice these techniques, one had to open their meridians. And to open meridians, I will need large amount of pills and herbs." Ye tian got up and started to walk down the mountain to find a way to obtain the herbs and pills.

Ye tian entered a restaurant and sat in a corner. Then he heard someone, " Have you heard the news? The Azure alchemy hall is hiring a large amount of alchemists at high salary to produce their new pills. Many alchemists are leaving their alchemy halls to join the azure alchemy hall."

Ye tian was hearing everything. "Interesting." He left the restaurant. Ye tian just came out of the restaurant and then suddenly a young man bumped into him.

"What are you doing? You dare to interrupt the young master's path!" the guards surrounding the young man suddenly attacked ye tian with his spear.

By the sudden attack, Ye tian was shocked, but he came to his sense immediately and grabbed the spear and kicked the guard.

The guard dropped to his knees and fainted.

"What are you doing?" Ye tian asked coldly.

"How dare you attack the azure hall's guard? Attack him." The young man got angry.

The guards that were still, attacked ye tian. Ye tian dodged one of the attacks of the guard and grabbed a guard by collar and threw him at the others. Just as other guards were about to attack, a voice came, "What is going on?" a man came out of the shop and said.

"Big brother." the young man was overjoyed at the man's appearance.

"What is this mess? And what are you doing?" the man asked coldly.

"Brother, this boy attacked us and injured one of the azure guards." the young man said, smiling.

"Is this true?" the man faced ye tian and asked coldly.

"Yes, it is true, bu…"

"I told you brother, he attacked us." the young man cut Ye Tian's talk and said while smiling.

"Shut up." the man gave the young man a sharp look.

The young man broke into the cold sweet and stopped talking.

The man looked at the fainted guard and said, " did you attack the azure guard?"

"Yes, but they were the ones who attacked me first. I just defended my self." Ye Tian replied.

The man looked at the young boy with cold eyes and then said, "I apologize on their behalf. You can go."

"You think that by a simple apology, he can get away? He tried to kill me just now." Ye tian said coldly.

The man looked at Ye tian and then said to the young man, "Come here and apologize to him."

"But brother…"

"I said come here and apologize to him." the man said coldly to the boy.

"I… I… I apologize." the boy apologized to ye tian.

"Is this enough, my friend?" the man asked.

Ye Tian nodded and walked away after looking at the man for a bit.

The young boy and man left the market and went into a restaurant.

"Brother, why did you make me apologize? Do you know how humiliating that is?." The boy was angry that he had to apologize.

"If you didn't make a scene there, then I wouldn't have asked you. You make trouble every time you come out. You think that you could handle him without my interruption?" the man coldly said.

"But it was his fault for getting into my way." the boy argued.

"Enough, I don't want to hear anything. But since he attacked someone from azure hall, then he will have to pay the price for it. Otherwise, the Azure Hall will lose face." the man looked out of the window.

"Go back to your room, I will take care of the matter." the man said.

"Yes, brother." the boy was smiling when he left the room.

"Hahaha, how dare you mess with me! Now pay the price." the boy thought.

Ye tian entered a shop and said, " Give me seven batch of the new pills."

"Haha, yes brother, this way." An assistant came and took the charge of ye tian.

"Our new pills are here. The new pills have the ability to enhance the cultivation speed by two-fold. It can also boost the attack power of anyone by nearly three-fold. Just place your order, my lord, the price is negotiable." the assistant showered ye tian with information and flattery.

"Give me seven batch of the pills." ye tian ordered.

"Haha, You made a wise choice, my lord. With this you can speed up your cultivation." the assistant gave the pills.

"How much is the price?" ye tian asked.

"Nothing much, my friend. The price for one batch of pill is five copper coins, but since you are new to shop, we can give you discount of two copper coins. So your total price is 21 copper coins." The shopkeeper came and settled the bill.

Ye tian paid the coins and left the shop. "Since I am here, might as well take a look at the other things." He thought.

Ye tian began looking at the side stalls. When he was just walking past a shop, something caught his eye.

Ye tian came to the stall and looked at various things.

"Welcome sir, what would you like? Everything here is handpicked by me and the price is also negotiable." The shopkeeper said.

"What is the price of this stone statue?" Ye tian asked.

"Haha, you have a good eye sir, I picked it from a ruin in the fire mountains. The price is very cheap, just two hundred coppers." Shopkeeper said.

"What? The price is so high. Can't you lower the price a bit?" Ye tian said.

"Sir, the price is already very cheap. Other are selling the items from the fire mountains at the high price. But I have already dropped price to the bottom. " Shopkeeper said.

"How about you give me something with this statue then I will buy it at your price." Ye tian said.

"Okay but you can't ask for something that is expensive." Shopkeeper placed a condition.

"Okay, how about you give me that stone?" Ye tian pointed at a stone in the corner.

"Okay." Shopkeeper agreed.

"Wait, I will buy that stone." Suddenly a young man came and said to the shopkeeper.

"I am sorry ,sir. This stone is just sold to this gentleman." Shopkeeper said.

"How much he gives for it? I will pay the double price." Young man said to the shopkeeper arrogantly.

"Excuse me, your excellency. I just payed for that stone." Ye tian said to the young man.

"Huh! So what if you payed for the stone I will buy it with the double price." Young man said arrogantly.

"I will pay double for it." Ye tian said coldly.

"Huh? Then I will pay triple for it." Young man arrogantly said to the shopkeeper.

"Please, do not fight gentlemen." Shopkeeper was afraid that his shop will be destroyed in the fight.

"I will pay five times of the price for the stone." The young man pressured the shopkeeper.

"Then... Reluctantly I will give it you." Ye tian said while making a reluctant expression.

"Huh! Poor peasant." Young man insulted ye tian.

"What is going on here?" Just then a guard came and asked.

"Ohh, nothing my lord. Just some bargaining." Shopkeeper hurriedly said.

"Huh! Don't make a scene here." The guard coldly said and left.

Ye tian grabbed the stone statue and left.

The young man took the stone and came to an appraisal shop.

"Can you appraise this stone for me?" The young man said.

"Of course, dear customer." The shopkeeper said and took the stone for appraising.

"My lord, this stone is just an ordinary jade stone." The shopkeeper said.

"What? Just an ordinary jade stone?" The young boy was shocked.

"Then why was he paying so high for the stone? Don't tell me.... Aahhh.... I am going to kill him." The young man got furious at ye tian but he couldn't do anything to him since he didn't know him.

Ye tian was returning to the mountain when his ear itched, "Haha, looks like he found out."

"The brat thought that I wanted to buy the stone but little did he know that it was just an ordinary jade stone. What I wanted to buy was the stone statue." Ye tian just smiled at the boy's foolishness.

Ye tian reached the home, entered into a room and started to inspect the statue.
