Chapter sixty two

(Cassandra's POV)

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you, it's just that…"

She starts to say but I cut her short.

"You're sorry?!" I let out a dry laugh and turn to face Michael, "So you could tell her because it's important but I have no right to know so you lied to my face? You're all unbelievable." I shake my head and bury my face in my hands.

Why is everyone keeping so many things from me?

"Cassandra, now is not the time. We're here to discuss on how to get him back," Kate scolds.

I snap my head towards her in unbelief. Is she serious? Are they serious? It's only when they're caught that they decide to come clean?

I stand to my feet with enough force to knock my seat to the floor.

"The love of my life goes missing and you didn't seem it fit to tell me about it, instead you lie to my face with no remorse whatsoever!"
