Chapter 007

Natasha was dumbfounded. Did she just get sacked? no! no!

She must be mishearing things!

Seeing that Natasha made no attempts to leave but instead gawked at him like an idiot, Davis called for security to throw her out.

"Ah! i am sorry for the misunderstanding" he smiled apologetically at all the customers in the shop before turning his attention over to Oscar.

"As an apology, i!d be offering a five percent discount on whatever you'd be buying today"

Oscar beamed.

"Great. So i will be buying this.. and that" he pointed at two cars on the catalogue.

"Uhm, that's a Bentley flying spur. It costs three hundred thousand Bucks. Oh, and the land rover range rover costs two hundred thousand. Summing everything up gives us five hundred thousand bucks. Are you going to pay via installment or via bank mortgage?"

Lela questioned quite professionally. Oscar just smiled.

Via installment? *huff*

"I Will be making direct full payment. Give me your shop's bank details" he brought his phone out.

However, his casual remarks shocked everybody in the shop speechless.

"Huh? what did you hear sir?" Lela felt like she must've misheard.

"I said i want to make direct full payment. Is there something wrong?" Oscar frowned.

"None. None at all!" Davis shoved Lela to the side line.

Before long, the car papers were prepared and signed. After Oscar made the payment, he received a notification from the system.

-[You have received +500 centi points]

-[You have completed Daily Quest: Spend a minimum of 50 thousand bucks]

Meanwhile, the gaze Davis directed at Oscar became respectful. For the other party to spend half a million without batting an eye, just how rich was he!

It was these sort of clients he enjoyed dealing with.

"The garage is this way sir" he handed Oscar two car keys while walking towards the garage where unsold cars were kept.

"She should come too" Oscar nudged at Lela.

"Oh" Davis smiled slyly.

"Me?" Lela looked behind her.

"Yes you!" Davis snapped with impatience.

Oscar was inwardly in awe when he arrived at the garage.

So many cars?!

"May i?" Davis pointed at the car keys Oscar held.

"Sure" he gave him the keys.

Davis pressed the keys buttons, causing the headlights of two vehicles amongst the fleet to release brilliant light.

"Those are you cars sir. Should i ask the staffs to send them over to your place?" Davis asked.

"Nah, i'll just be taking one. The other one belongs to her"

Oscar tossed one of the car keys to Lela who instinctively caught it. Walking over to the Bentely, he got in and started the ignition, driving off.

It took a while before the duo could grasp a grip over themselves.

"Did you know him anywhere before?" Davis questioned his staff suspiciously.

"No sir. Today was our first meeting" Lela stroked the car key with her trembling fingers.

Davis held up his chin. Since they were meeting for the first time, why would he buy her a car worth two hundred thousand?

Such generousity frightened him.

As Oscar cruised down the street, he couldn't resist releasing crazed laughter.

Never in his life would he have ever pictured himself driving a vehicle, and such an expensive one at that!

"Hmph! i'd like to see everyone's expression when i touch down the campus ground" Oscar chuckled with delight.

Thanks to the Driving Skill from the system, he could handle the wheels like he's been doing so for years!

He couldn't help but grow curious. Just who created this system.

Quality Life Housing management..

A bentley came to an halt at the entrance of the office building. Oscar came down, majestically walking into the building.

He had intentionally blown the horn of his newly bought car, attracting the attention of some of the staffs, who were inside.

"Sir! do you want to purchase a two room condo? i promise, i'll give you the best discount!" one of the female Agents was the first to grab Oscar.

The others could only just look on, with jealousy.

"Give me a catalogue of the best mansions available" Oscar replied.

"Okay" the female Agent handed a catalogue to him.

Skimming his eyes through the catalogue's contents, he was taken aback by the price ranges he saw.

Even the lowest rent cost not below one million!

As for the price of purchasing, the lowest was at 100 million.

He eventually made his choice. It was a six room mansion with an inbuilt gym, extra large garage, theatre, swimming pool and bar.

It was located in an estate and it was only put out for sale, at a whooping price of 300 million dollars!

When the female Agent saw the mansion Oscar picked, she couldn't help but take a closer look at him.

"What's up with your strange expression? Am i too handsome that you can't resist going in for a kiss? i won't mind tho!" Oscar sniggered, causing the female agent to blush.

"Sir, that mansion you picked is the most expensive on the catalogue"

Oscar smiled calmly.

"I know. That's why i picked it"

Are you kidding me? i am the world's richest man! how can i settle for less?

However, the female agent couldn't bring herself to believe it. She thought Oscar was just saying it to impress her.

"You are not pulling a prank now are you? the price for messing around is severe!" she warned sternly.

Oscar was exasperated. Damn you all! why won't you just believe me when i'm telling the truth?!

"Look, are you going to call out your manager or what? I might get angry and leave. Let me see wether you'd be able to keep your job after chasing out a big client like me" Oscar pretended to make for the door.

The female agent already blocked his path and brought out her phone, putting a call across to the manager.

Sean Combs stared at the paper works on his office desk, seething with anger. He had been the manager of Quality Life Housing Management for five years counting, however this was his first time when he truly felt disgruntled over his job.

Strangely for some unknown reasons, his Agency always failed in clinching any reasonable gig.

As if to add salt to his wounds, his other competitors began to clinch big gigs, causing their ratings to soar above his own.

"Damn! Damn! Damn! where did i get it all wrong!" he felt really frustrated.

Grabbing his mug of coffee, he aggressively chugged down it's full content.

However, the hot liquid did little to abate his pent up frustration. Instead, it even aggreviated it.

Just as he wanted to start tossing things around to relieve himself, his office phone rang.

It was a call from one of his staffs.

"Yes? what is it?" he asked, boredom dripping from his voice.

However, the next words he heard made his eyes lit up in delight.

"I'm on my way!" he flipped out from his chair, making a beeline towards the door.

After the female agent got off the phone with the manager, she directed Oscar to sit at the waiting bench, awaiting the arrival of the manager.

"Who's the big client? Who's the big client?!" an excited voice rang, startling many staffs.

"Manager!" they greeted when they saw Sean.

However Sean didn't even spare them a glance. Instead, he walked over to Oscar, since there were no other customers apart from him.

"You must be the customer who wants to purchase West Eagle manor, correct?"

"Yup. That building is nice" Oscar nodded.

"Are you aware of the price?" Sean studied the other party intently, trying to see if it was just a prank at play.

"300 million. Got it" Oscar replied.

As if suddenly thinking of something, he chortled.

"I can make a deposit if you want, to show my sincerity"

Sean sighed in relief. For the other party to show this much confidence meant that he was the real deal!
